We loved our amazing oasis just minutes from town, campus & the lake. Carrie & Scott had everything we could have needed on hand & there was nothing better than returning to the apt to watch the sunset over the marsh from the deck outside our room. Highly recommend this comfortable, cozy & relaxing spot on your next trip to Saratoga Springs!

The place was quiet and peaceful, with all the necessities provided. The view was beautiful. The hosts just let me come and go as I needed to, and I appreciated the easy drive to all that Saratoga Springs has to offer. I wish I could have stayed longer.

What a beautiful home. Very clean and spacious. The outdoor grounds were gorgeous our only regret was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy spending time outside. Scott and Carrie were always reachable to answer questions. We highly recommend this rental.

The owners take great pride in their property. Everything was clean. Even had thought of the little things like toiletries in case you forgot to pack them. Great location for where we were visiting and lots of info on hand in the rental for places to eat and what was going on at the racetrack.

Decided to visit Saratoga for the race course and found this delightful apartment. It is very clean and spacious. The outdoor area is serene and comfortable. It was a short drive to town and the track. We will return.

I have used VRBO many times and I think this was the BEST place I have ever stayed!!!.. You could eat off the floor it was so clean!!!.. Beautiful setting, quiet and SO much room!!!!! Plan on coming back next summer for sure!!!!!!

Such a beautiful home, the backyard patio is so peaceful and Serene. The apartment itself is massive and beautiful. We enjoyed our little get away. They had a little welcome basket for us when we arrived such a great touch. We will try and get this every time we head to SPAC.

Anniversary weekend getaway
Stayed here Labor Day weekend due to having tickets to SPAC. I wasn’t expecting it to be in A suburban neighborhood but when you were at the apartment and on the patio he didn’t even realize because it was nicely tree line and wooded. The hosts were great. We just wanted to lay low and be left to ourselves and they were accommodating. Wonderful experience!

Lovely stay
Very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well appointed and we were very thankful for the coffee that was on hand since i forgot to pack any. The kitchen was well appointed and we appreciated the treats that were provided. The back yard was very private. We enjoyed our stay!

Our stay here was great! In a nice location not too far away from all of the must do’s in Saratoga! Scott and Carrie were quick to respond to any questions we had and were great hosts. We were very pleased with our stay here!

Great Stay for our Change of Plans Honeymoon
Due to COVID, my wife and I ended up making a shorter trip to the Saratoga Springs area for our honeymoon. Scott and Carrie were great hosts. Even though it's an apartment below their house, it was very private and we hardly knew anyone else was around.
They were also very kind in offering some excellent places for dining and takeout, and some local activities to try out.
The back patio area was great for enjoying a fire in the evening and coffee in the morning while watching the birds. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to the Saratoga Springs area!

Relaxing getaway
We loved that this place was secluded yet close enough to explore the area.
Unfortunately we were only able to stay for 2 nights but it was really enjoyable. We especially like sitting on the patio and watching the birds and chipmunks. We also liked going to the winery and to Lake Local to sit outside by the water. We only wish we had a chance to actually meet our hosts to say "Thank you" for a nice and quiet escape. Next time we hope to attend a horse race. Even from the street the track property looked amazing. We highly recommend staying at this house.

Serene Saratoga
The rental was beautiful and very comfortable in a great location approximately half way between Saratoga Springs and Ballston Spa, about 4 miles distant from each. It was exceptionally clean and quiet being located in an upscale neighborhood. The back of the house with the entrance is adjacent to woods and a wetland and so is very quiet. Bird feeders are a nice touch! We enjoy our stay very much and would certainly return in the future.

Relaxing getaway in Saratoga
We really enjoyed our stay, especially the back patio which offered a grill, a quiet place to sit and watch the birds in the back yard while enjoying conversation. The guest house itself was well maintained, with a nice open layout that lived up to expectations. Our hosts were communicative throughout the process, answered all questions we had and were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an enjoyable getaway in Saratoga.

Lovely Long Weekend
Great apartment for a long weekend visiting track and SPAC. (about 6 miles to track and easy drive to shops/restaurants on Broadway). Large open concept, separate bedroom and even a nice gas fireplace that takes chill off air if needed. We have stayed in a handful of VRBO apartments world wide and this was up there with the others we have enjoyed. Everything as described. On a side note, we got some great sandwiches to go for the track at Roma Import Company- just down the road.

What a wonderful location, neighborhood. Quiet and perfect for me. Scott and Carrie were excellent in their responses to my email. The rental was outstanding in terms of comfort and amenities. Clean, comfortable and affordable
We booked this property when we got concert tickets at Saratoga Performing Arts Center and needed a place to stay. The apartment is less than 10 mins from the venue and a fraction of the cost to stay in the nearby hotels. The space was large, nicely decorated, comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and more.

Opening Racing Weekend...🐎 Amazing!
This property was a perfect place for my husband and I going to the track for the weekend. Scott and Carrie did everything to accommodate our stay. The property is decorated beautifully with the Saratoga horse theme. It was also very peaceful, we slept in until 9:30 both mornings! Thank you Scott & Carrie for an awesome weekend!

Great location and adorable rental!
My boyfriend and I such a great time staying here! The location was in great proximity to the racetrack and downtown (about 10 minutes), as well as the winery which was 2 minutes away. Everything was brand new and the decor was adorable and so fitting for Saratoga! The space was nice and open too. We enjoyed being able to grill and use the kitchen to cook. Carrie and Scott were also incredibly helpful when it came to restaurant recommendations and tips for going to the racetrack. Also super responsive anytime we had a question. Overall great experience!! I would definitely come back!

Just as advertised!
Just a short drive from downtown and you will find this wonderful getaway! It is very spacious and the owners have truly thought of everything. We enjoyed sipping cocktails on the quiet patio after a day at the track. Restaurants are not far and we quickly stopped for breakfast on our way out of town. A nice find overall. We will book again when returning to the area!

Saratoga Springs...off the beaten path.
This lovely 1 bed 1 bath is located a few minutes outside Saratoga Springs. The hosts, Carrie and Scott have left no stone unturned. They have really thought about everything to make their guests stay exceptional. The place is “fully equipped”. You can almost getaway with just bringing your clothes. Enjoy your stay, we did.
