We were a group of 10 people so we rented the whole villa. Both the villa (3 bedrooms) and the annex (2 bedrooms) had very intriguing designs (beware though if you stay in the annex if you are not a couple ;) ). They were also modern, spacious, well maintained and very clean. The yard was very beautiful as well. The host(s) were very nice. Our arrival schedule went a bit haywire, especially given that we didn't come all at the same time, but even so the check-in went very smoothly. The check-out was smooth as well. Overall, there were no unpleasant surprises.

The annex is built into the rock and part of it is visible from the ground floor room. This is a beautiful element of design, but it promotes moisture. Part of the rock is in the shower (so when you shower water vapours infiltrate), they condense and water ends up dripping into the room from the rock. The air also feels moist due to this. The AC system has drying capabilities, but it's not enough. There's also a "cavey" smell in that particular room. The pool is quite small, especially given that the villa accommodates 10 people.

Not a major issue, but here are four sun beds at the pool. staying with six people, there could have been two more sun beds for optimal comfort

Great house in the village of Exanthia with walking distance to the local bakery, cafe and spectacular sunset restaurant, at the same time twenty minute drive to the best beaches of lefkada. The apartment has a great view, is very clean and extraordinary well equipment. We had a great stay! Cheers!

Loved the location. Exanthia is surrounded by beautiful mountains. The Above the Clouds bar and Rachi restaurant were great. It was within easy driving distance to anywhere on the island. The villa was spacious, clean and private. Great value for money. Would return!

The only small thing missing was a dvd player.
