This is a fantastic house! The backyard is stunning. We had a group of 14 (with infants). I was originally concerned that the space may feel tight, but with the ability to completely open the glass doors to the backyard, we had plenty of space.
Both Sacha and Bryan are AMAZING to work with. Sacha helped us with any questions prior to our stay. I always received a prompt response. We had a few infants within the group and he was so helpful in making sure we had the proper number of cribs. The check-in process with Bryan was seamless. There was one minor issue that was quickly resolved. He was very kind and made sure we had everything we needed to have a fabulous time. We all felt well taken care of while there!
The house itself is fully stocked. Plenty of towels, kitchen appliances, games, even pool floats and noodles. They really thought of everything a group would need to feel comfortable in the house. There is also a house sound system to play music from Spotify or Alexa. This house is simply amazing and our group had a wonderful time there!

Amazing property with all the amenities!
We visited the property with 12 adult friends and stayed for four nights. Sacha, the property owner and Gordy, the property manager, we’re both amazing to work with at every point. There is so much space that the group can be together or they can each can do their own thing. It was a quick Lyft ride to downtown Palm Springs. Can’t say enough great things about this property and Sacha and Gordy!

We totally enjoyed staying at this property. There was plenty of space for everyone to not feel crowded and to get away by themselves if they wanted. The furnishings were perfect, comfortable, and large enough to hold us all. We were 11 people in all from age 6 to 70+ and we could all be around the pool, fire pit, and the dining table without squeezing in. The kitchen overlooked the dining room/living room and pool. We could even watch football on the large TV altogether. The glass doors to the pool slide open making a huge indoor outdoor space. The hot tub fed into the pool and was perfect for relaxing. The yard provided another big table for all of us to eat and grill outside. There were also games galore to be played- bocce, ladder ball, corn hole and golf putting on a large green. There was no need to ever leave the house. Instacart delivered everything we needed and the kitchen was easy and pleasant for cooking. Close to the airport and downtown Palm Springs for shopping. Antonio, the manager answered any need or question we had in record time. Can’t say enough good things about this place. You won’t be disappointed with a stay here.

We had such a great stay at Sascha’s home. The property lived up to the photos. The ambience and activities of the home really made our stay wonderful. There was literally no reason to ever leave because we had everything we needed for entertainment. Communication was great with owner as well as the property manager Antonio. We really felt so welcome by Antonio and he was super responsive if we ever needed him. I would give this place a 10/10. Highly recommend!

Great spacious home that easily accommodated 3 families. Loved the indoor/outdoor living, sparkling pool and that there was both a big outdoor dining table and indoor one. We really enjoyed our time here! All 5 kids (ages 4-15) were entertained from morning until night. The property manager and owner were great at communicating throughout our stay. Swimming, jacuzzi, s’mores in the firepit, lawn games, mini-golf, video games, and music. We didn’t leave the house for 4 days (shelter in place rules in CA right now) and we didn’t mind at all! The house was very clean. It’s a smart house (high tech), which we liked. We definitely recommend this place! Appreciated the hospitality-

Desert Paradise
My friends and I LOVED this property. With six bedrooms, it comfortably accommodated all of us and also had very nice “common” space for eating, drinking, and socializing. This “smart home” also has a gorgeous outdoor space with a pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, pool table, corn hole, and chess. We even played hours of Xbox and other board games that were on property. We had so much fun at the house that we didn’t really go out that much. lol Lars, the property manager is a gem, and he took great care of us the entire week. I recommend this property if you have a large family or group of friends who appreciate the best when they travel. :)

Fantastic home
My family and our friends just had the most fabulous stay at this beautiful home. There was so much to enjoy from the pool and spa, the game room, to the most comfortable beds we’ve all slept in, we could not have enjoyed our vacation more. Lars and Sacha were great with communication and thought of every detail to help us enjoy our time. Our kids are already asking when we get to come back! Nothing short of perfection
This house is absolutely amazing. I stayed here with 8 people and it was perfect. All the rooms other than the game room are spacious and well put together. It’s a smart house so once you get a hang of it, things are so easy. The layout of the house is perfect and the owner’s communication was prompt. The property manager Kristin and Eric were exceptional throughout our stay. The kitchen has literally everything you need to cook up a storm. There are so many activities in the back yard which made our stay so much fun. I highly recommend the private apartment if you have an option to pick your room. I will definitely rent this place again and recommend it to everyone else as well. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Both he and the property manager were extremely responsive to any questions we had, the house and grounds were beautiful and there was every amenity imaginable for both adults and kids to enjoy! Great vibes, great house
Place was perfect for a family reunion. The rooms were great, well decorated, nice beds, nice sheets, nice open spaces, nice firepit. Everyone loved the house and we only left the entire weekend to go get groceries. If you were to come back to Palm Springs I would recommend this place!

Simply OUTSTANDING! Total paradise!!
What an absolutely wonderful place to stay in Palm Springs. From the moment we walked in the door we knew this was going to be an amazing weekend. I was here with 12 friends celebrating multiple birthdays and this house was just perfect. Sacha was an excellent host and thought of everything with this house. Ruben the property manager met us at the house and showed us around the property. He also responded quickly when we couldn’t get the jets on the hot tub to work. He had them working in no time. The back yard is truly amazing starting with the large pool and hot tub. We loved the umbrellas in the pool to shade us from the intense summer sun. The putting green and was so much fun, there are even lights in the holes so you can play at night when its too hot during the day. The giant chess set was also popular. At night the huge sunken fire pit became a very special place to share stories. With all the games and actives on the property, there was never a dull moment. Adults and kids alike LOVED the video game room right next to the living room. The adults had so much fun playing the old school games on the Nintendo.
The beds were all brand new and very comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice and I loved the high end fixtures and rain shower in the master. We would open the huge pocket door in the living room in the mornings but would close it once it got to hot. The AC worked great and cooled off the house quickly.
The Alexa’s in everyone room was pretty cool. So easy to play music and turn off the lights! If you are looking for a great quiet place to relax and chill this is it.

For anything, nothing is too small or large of an ask” We were a group of 8 and we thoroughly enjoyed each aspect of the house, from the pool, to the Alexa system in every room of the home, the ping pong table etc...the air conditioning unit worked to perfection which was very important to me because of how hot the desert was. It checked off all boxes and I would def book again without hesitation. If anything the home was under priced.
