Este condominio junto a la piscina del primer piso, de un dormitorio y un baño está bellamente decorado, recién pintado y se encuentra en un complejo tranquilo frente al golfo orientado a la familia en el extremo este y la parte más bonita de Panama City Beach (Nautical Watch) . S t. Andrew's State Park, Shell Island, Compras en Pier Park, excelentes restaurantes, un Walmart (por las cosas que olvidó) y el puerto deportivo de pesca se encuentran a un par de minutos en coche. La playa es amplia con arena de azúcar blanca y agua cristalina azul y verde.
Solo 2 minutos a pie lo llevará a una de las playas más bellas del mundo. Nautical Watch, es un desarrollo privado de vacaciones y resort orientado a la familia. Esta unidad está ubicada en el primer piso a solo 15 pies de su automóvil.
El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, TV de pantalla plana, ventilador de techo, persianas de plantación en la ventana y cortinas oscuras para el tiempo de descanso de las vacaciones. Hay una nueva lavadora / secadora apiladas en el armario del pasillo. Tiene un baño completo con ducha y bañera. La cocina totalmente amueblada cuenta con estufa, refrigerador con máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, microondas, vajilla, utensilios, ollas, sartenes, cafetera, tostadora. El salón tiene un enorme sofá cómodo y mesa / sillas para comer. La puerta corrediza de vidrio conduce al patio con mesa, sillas y una excelente vista del área de la piscina. El área de la piscina ajardinada tropical incluye sillones, mesas y sillas con sombrillas. A la izquierda de las piscinas hay una casa de baños con baños, ducha y área de parrilla.
Nuestro condominio está junto a la piscina y solo a unos pocos pasos de las playas de arena blanca. No hay caminos para cruzar o multitudes para tratar. Estacione justo afuera de la puerta para facilitar la carga y descarga. Si tienes niños, puedes dejarlos nadar en la piscina privada mientras te relajas en el balcón de la planta baja y no te preocupes por su seguridad.
Estamos ubicados en el extremo tranquilo de Thomas Drive. . Alquiler de motos acuáticas, banana boat y parasailing están en la playa de nuestro complejo para su disfrute.
Nuestra casa acomodará a 4 personas muy cómodamente con una cama King size y TV en master, y un colchón inflable para la sala de estar.

TV went out on Wednesday evening. Owner came out on Thursday but could not get it working between her and cable company. Cable company did a reset no success. Text owner Friday still not working told her no need to come out as we were leaving early Saturday

We loved out stay! It was clean and well stocked with more amenities than we’ve ever had in a condo. Everything to make your stay great! The pool area is awesome with umbrellas and beautiful flowers and trees all around you! I highly recommend!

This was the second time that we stayed in this unit . We loved it so much last year that we booked it again. The complex is located near good restaurants which we enjoy. I really like it being so near the pool. It is a small complex and was very quiet both times. I will try to book it again next year

The owner of the condo was very helpful and let us know about the weather and conditions in Panama because we were arriving on September 30 right after Hurricane hit Florida . Condo was nice as always and weather was Beautiful we visit Panama every year and love the location of Nautical Watch

This condo was so clean and inviting, we had the best, most relaxing vacation. The pool is so close and a short walk to the most beautiful beach. This complex is so quiet which we loved. The condo has all necessary amenities and was so comfortable to stay in for a week. Thank you Chris and Bob!

Pool view, easy beach access. Only one issue no TP in room luckily I had brought some. Had electrical issues but manager fixed quickly. Still 10/10.

The entrance was a little hidden so make sure you watch for it. The condo was VERY close to the beach. We loved how close we were to St. Andrews. It was quiet and relaxing. Pool was cool to have right outside the patio.
It was a cute condo and pretty clean except for the bathtub needed to be rinsed out and under the bed looked like it hadnt been swept in a while. The dishwasher broke right before our trip (which was miserable because we placed a large walmart order to cook a bunch of stuff instead of eating out) so handwashing everything was horrible. The owners did offer small refund but not worth the time I spent washing dishes in my opinion. Our door didnt work for a second but the owners answered immediately (the problem solved itself) so that was good to know they were readily available.
None of this is enough to make us not want to stay again. We did love it and enjoy our time and would come back again. Its perfect for a great getaway.

Condo is in a perfect spot for the beach and the pool, it’s so good of a spot the smallest thing couldn’t really turn you away! When I had a issue the owners were quick with a response! However we was only left with 1 roll of toilet paper, a quarter of liquid hand soap, and 2 shower rags even tho there was 4 of us to shower every night. The cleaning lady was very kind and offered to bring us more but I was willing to just go buy extras! The sleeper sofa in the living room was kinda shaggy but the kids seemed to be okay! Panama is a beautiful beach and we’ll definitely be back! Thanks for letting us stay

This was our 2nd stay at the condo. Just like last time, it was perfect for us. The pool is right out the back door. There are grills located close to the pool. My husband grilled while me and my 3 year old swam. We met some nice people there as well. The short walk to the beach was nice when it was sunny out. The condo is really close to the marina. We rode the sea screamer which I highly recommend for anyone with kids. Over all it was a great stay and we will plan to come back next year.

Enjoyed the stay as we usually stay at Nautical watch because of the simple walk to the beach there ! The weather was good and the ocean was just right emerald green and clear. The room was great!

Upon walking in, Glade plug- in smell was overwhelming to me and my husband (I admit, I do have a very sensitive nose and cannot stand strong ,fake, chemical smells.) No worries, we unplugged them & put them outside on the back porch & fortunately, by the next day, it was mostly gone (2 small plug-ins & 1 colossal one...this is a small place with no smoking or dogs, so shouldn't be any weird funky smells anyway, so I'd say this was definitely over-kill). And then that night (no fault of the owners), above us at 11:15 pm there was a sound that sounded like methodical hammering...SUPER LOUD! Who does that anyway at that time of night? It kinda freaked me out and unfortunately, sleep eluded me for a LONG time! UGH! Especially after an 8 hour trip in the car, I just wanted quiet time which is supposed to happen by 10:00 pm. Oh well, fortunately the other two nights were quiet. The condo itself was just what we were looking for...view of the pool out the back sliding glass door & out the front, a quick walk to the beach WITHOUT having to walk across the street. Our kids & grandkids were staying in an "elevator" condo next door, and I did not like the feel of that at all. It was super nice & convenient to walk out your front door with your car right there. So overall, our experience was good!!! & would highly recommend! :)

Very enjoyable stay
We all liked the condo and had everything we needed. It was easy to check in and very clean. The pool was great and the beach beautiful. Chris was very quick to respond to my questions and we enjoyed our stay.

The condo was just perfect for us. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. The beach so close and the pool 10 steps out back. We had one small problem and the owners responded to my text immediately. The code to get to the beach had changed and the problem was taken care of! We are hoping to book the same spot next year!

This property was exacting what we had looked for. After renting in high rises for years we wanted a first floor unit and this was perfect. Steps outside to the pool. Very short walk to beach. Furniture was very nice and comfortable.
