This location was super close to restaurants, stores, and the airport. Since we took a plane, we had to Uber everywhere and it was relatively inexpensive. We loved the room and the balcony! Ayelen was very accommodating and communicative. The only thing that I feel guests need to know is that you are not allowed to carry your own food and drinks to the beach, as a security member checks your bag (no coolers allowed either). Expect to spend a lot on food and drinks at the tiki bar since you can’t bring anything with you.

The room was clean and had everything we needed!! We had to fly, so we were so excited when there were chairs, sunscreen, floats, and anything else we needed for the beach! The view from the balcony was the BEST thing about it. And the Tiki bar had great food, great drink selections and brought drinks to us on the beach! We will definitely return. Thank you so much for the AWESOME week! If you need a ride anywhere, call Alan. We left the number. Also, if you’re looking for an awesome breakfast…try the NY deli across the road! They are GREAT!

We were pleased with everything except the washer/dryer was not in the condo. You had to go to the basement to do laundry. Also we ran out of towels and washcloths. I asked at the desk but since it was a VRBO they couldn't supply them. I sent a message to the owner but didn't get any response.

This was the perfect girls weekend get away! The room was so clean and the beds were so comfy. The entire process was very easy. The location is also wonderful because it's right on the beach AND has a wonderful tiki bar at the bottom that serves breakfast and dinner. We really didn't have to leave the building unless we wanted to.
Of note, the valet is $18/day not $15/day.

We had never been to Fort Lauderdale and found this condo to stay in with our two children. Our only complaint is the ac unit below the balcony otherwise everything was great!

The room was clean and the view was great. The balcony is over two very large what seems to be air conditioning vents which makes it very uncomfortable to sit outside because of the noise. The pool is also shaded by the building around 2:00pm which was disappointing. Other than that the stay was very nice and the check in was very easy. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We had a very nice time.

The check in was seamless. We were sent all the information beforehand. The room was exactly as described and the balcony was great. Read that the air vents were too loud. That was not true. We were on the balcony many times without any issues. The room was clean and well supplied. The hotel was also clean and the staff were very friendly. My wife ( The Boss) our son and grandson came with us and the room was good. We stayed four nights and had a Great time. The unit is right on the beach perfect. Food was very good and we were close to the water taxi and anywhere else we wanted to go. I highly recommend this unit and the owners. You will not go wrong.

This location’s amenities was perfect for us for a few days with mini fridge, coffee, pot, and microwave. This is the only location anywhere around that has a tiki bar outside and a restaurant inside, both have highest caliber of food. Convenient walk to Winn-Dixie and liquor store and CVS. Only element (out of the host control) is that the unit is directly above the air-conditioning unit for the entire building. Combining that with yard service that starts at 8:30, don’t count on hearing any ocean sounds. But overall, we loved the corner view and had a wonderful time

This was an ideal location right on the ocean and only 1 mile from the popular Lauderdale By The Sea. We enjoyed our food at the Tiki Bar on the property. The pool was nice and warm. Room was very nice with very comfortable beds. There is a loud blower right underneath the balcony but this didn’t bother us - the view more than made up for the noise. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Fort Lauderdale.

Loved everything about this stay. The private balcony with the perfect ocean view was the absolute best. Beds were comfy, room was spacious enough, and everything was clean. The staff, especially at the tiki bar were first rate. Order the crab cakes. Beach was lovely, too.

I will start with the good. Beds were Exceptionally Comfortable never slept as good! Great veiw but we had 2 massive fans of some sort right below our balacony which ran constant so it wasnt enjoyable to sit on the balcony. Also there was no Bureau for your othing & only 1 suitcase stand, and small closet that had chairs, cleaning, Mop & Bucket so it was difficult to put anything in the closet. TV disnt work 3 days out of the 5. And Most important there was no wall mirror only the mirror with vanity. Two ladies on vacation needs these amenities, as well as most people on vacation. As far as the resort itself the Staff was amazing, and the Restaurant by far the entertainment and service was the best i have ever experienced and food we didnt want to go anywhere else. Tiki Bar was a hot spot aa well. I would go back to the resort for dinner & dancing but not stay at this condo.

We loved the condo-nice bedding, beautiful beach view & a lot of conveniences provided. The prop manager was helpful & responsive with a minor tv issue & communicated well with us.
We liked the onsite Tiki Bar and Italian restaurant as well as pizza joint & NY style deli/restaurant, Winn Dixie and liquor store within walking distance. Avoid the McDonalds. Our highlight was the water taxi excursion on the waterway.
We struggled with the front desk clerk, Will. Because this was a direct booking the front desk clerk was not helpful at all, wouldn’t hold bags, didn’t know how the basement laundry worked, didn’t know where to meet water taxi, bus, etc. So, do your own research for local transportation and activities and if arriving with your luggage (we came in off a cruise) see if Ayelen the prop manager can get you in early as she was able to do for us.
Overall it was a great 3 days in Ft Lauderdale for us!

It was my best friend’s birthday trip. The condo was great and loved the location. It was clean and easy to access. The tiki bar was great to have there too. There weren’t any check out instructions but we are both clean freaks so we made sure to have the towels all together and cleaned up

The room was very nice, plenty of towels, nice location and very clean. However the air conditioning did not work very well. Had to use box fan the entire time due to the temperature. The room could also use a mirror outside of the bathroom so more than one person could get ready at the same time. lastly, more hooks in the bathroom would be great to hang clothes and wet towels.

The space was great! Nice view of the beach and the sunrise is spectacular. I did read about the noise from the vents and took my chances anyway. It is pretty loud and obnoxious, but didn’t bother me too much but really bothered my husband. The tiki bar is a fun little tiki bar with great service and great food and drinks all in all. I was really happy with everything and would go back in a heartbeat.

The room was great and it had an amazing view! There was great communication by the property owner and the check-in was flawless! In addition, the food and drinks at the tiki bar were great and all the workers/servers are very kind and helpful! Overall awesome experience!
