The view and was a large room.

The bathroom was old, dirty, run down and unsafe. Tiles were falling off the bathtub only held on by a little silicone at the top. The hooks and towel rail were loose and falling out of the wall. Paint was flaking off the ceiling. The toilet needed three presses to flush waste. The kitchen is also old and run down with the need of upgrade. Some Kitchen utensils need updating and replacing . There have been reviews about these issues for 2-3 years now and I am quite disappointed I didn’t read the reviews before booking. If you are reading these reviews do not stay at this property particularly unit 27A. Also as we booked via an outside agency and not direct with the property we were unable to access any support or assistance from reception. We were instructed not to communicate with reception.

Awful bathroom, because it's so old it looked really dirty, disgusting cracked tiles on walls and floors, toilet absolutely needs replacing! Kitchenette old and terrible!

great location however the hill is a killer lucky we were only 3 blocks up , anchor bar is amazing, good for food and drinks, view is awesome and pool is great

Only good thing was the view!!!!! We walked in the door on arrival and the view was impressive, then we looked around and were very disappointed to say the least. Not worth $200 a night, we paid $1400-00 to stay there, feel ripped off!! I would only pay $100 a night maximum Apartment is very run down, needs to refurbished. Situated on a very, very steep hill, nightmare to walk up the hill anytime we went out. Had to stop many times being out of breath Old 1970's unit. Bathroom just aweful, cheap plastic curtain over the bath/shower. Unit had cracked tiles and paint, no dishwasher, questioned cleanliness of dishes that have to washed by whom ever stays in the unit. Given Covid this concerned me. Furniture old and in poor condition eg outside plastic table with dint in it, chairs paint chipped & uncomfortable to sit on, bed too soft, door paint chips, air conditioner above front door and in the wrong position to be effective We arrived on a Monday, advertised bar and restaurant doesnt open until Thursdays. Advertising very misleading/not honest. No clear instructions how to watch Netflix, apartment manager eventually came to explain how to use it but they didnt respond to my text until the next day however they were pleasant but it felt like an invasion that they came into the apartment I could go on some more but I wont, I'm sure you get the picture........

Prime location. Can walk to the centre in less than 5 minutes. Ferry terminals easy to walk to. The view from the room was magical. Great ocean views.

The bathroom needs to be revamped and rhe room needs a little TLC.

The views were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Parking was no good. Had to park two blocks away. Other people Parking in our parking complex
