We loved this place on the beach. It was a perfect spot for our family. Spacious, clean and loved the ocean sounds and views.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensacola beach! The condo was perfect to accommodate my elderly father and my siblings and I. We shared wonderful memories, played cards and cribbage and ate lots of seafood! The deck was perfect for our father to hear the waves and look at the ocean, while others had easy access to walk the beach, swim and fish. We also saw dolphins twice! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful condo! It was an incredible location with views and access to everything!

Walk right out to the beach. Beautiful sunsets & sunrises. Plenty of room for our family & a well equipped kitchen. It does need quiet a bit of maintenance from doors to grill. It is quite dated but you cannot beat the beach location & management was very responsive

Great time nice, quiet and as advertised

This is a beautiful place with a great view. There were several housekeeping/maintenance issues that we discussed when we turned in our keys. Hopefully, they have been taken care of. The snacks, coffee, soaps, etc. were very appreciated. The master bedroom suite is lovely, and the other bedrooms were very nice. Could use some extra blankets. All the bathrooms were nice and large. The bunk bed area is small, definitely for children, and not really suitable for adults. The living room doesn't have enough comfy seating for more than 5 adults but we managed with the dining room chairs. It is a very nice place and we are definitely going to return.

White Sands is a terrific location at one of the more peaceful spots on the Florida Panhandle. The condo was very clean and well kept, the management company was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

The condo was convenient to many restaurants and water view was amazing!!!!

This property has it all. You get everything that is in this listing. Pictures are 💯 accurate. We had a family of 8, with plenty of extra space. The only downside is the living room couches are pretty small so it's not very comfortable to spend time watching a movie. I would still give it 5 stars though.

This house was right on the beach with easy walking access. The beach area was not crowded as there are no high-rise hotels nearby. The house was clean and the property management company was easy to work with. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Good condo in a great location.

Very nice location, good ocean view, close to Fort Pickens State Park. House needs to be better cleaned, especially the kitchen. The Dish Washer was very dirty, curtains was falling, door lock/key was hard to use, need to be replaced.

We had the absolute best time! The property is perfect, right on the beach! We had two very small maintenance items while we stayed and the management company took care of them immediately. They are a pleasure to deal with! We will be booking another stay here for sure!

Each time I was told someone would call me back with the code. I finally got the code after-hours from the emeregency/after hours person, who told me that they couldn't call me because they didn't have my number. But they had called me earlier in the day, so they did have my number. Upon arriving in condo: discovered the ice maker would not dispense ice, there were no linens for the day bed and inflatable mattress, the outside door handle to enter from downstairs patio fell off in our hands, the elevator could only be opened from the second floor but not the ground level floor, and there was only one kitchen towel. Later discovered that the shower door in the master bath jammed each time it was completely closed and took two people to get it open. So we showered with it not completely closed and water would leak out onto the floor. On morning one, after emailing, Pensacola Beach Properties, they did send someone out with linens and he looked at the ice maker. He agreed it did not work and would send someone to fix it. No one ever arrived. I sent an email listing all the other items and no one ever responded. We have rented in White Sands complex in previous years from other management companies and will do so in the future. Other than the items listed above, the condo was as advertised.

Rented the property in January for a May vacation. Easy installments and everything was great! Loved the elevator, easy loading and unloading. Total of 3-story unit. Loved it!

The condo was perfect. We loved the patio looking out on the beach. I was worried about noise from other condos but we never had an issue or heard any other guest. Kitchen was well stocked-we served dinner for 16 and had plenty of plates. Would love to stay here again!
