Modern and good working facilities. Well organized and very friendly staff. Good location in the middle of the CBD.

The restaurant was really disappointing, a very limited menu, most of the buffet dishes surfed during lunch were not hot enough. As a result, I ended up most evenings having dinner at the restaurants next door.

Breakfast was superb and presentation was good. The rooms were clean and as per expectation. Wifi connectivity was exceptional.

1) good breakfast. 2) ample, safe, free parking in the basememt. 3) good TV in the bedroom with sports channels. 4) good coffee at the bar. 5) competitive price.

1) some of the outside areas didn't seem to be clean. 2) the decor was a bit bland making the hotel feel like a budget hotel like Comfort Inn, Holiday Inn Express, IBIS, Premier Inn etc.

Very nice hotel with large, clean rooms and good bathroom. Restaurant on site was good for a meal. We had both dinner and breakfast there. Unfortunately I became ill during the night and staff were sympathetic and tried to ensure we could stay another night if needed (although they were almost booked out). They also were helpful in providing details of a doctor very close to the hotel. When we were able to leave, one particular staff member was excellent in getting us a flight out of Gaborone as we had missed our early morning flight. This was very much appreciated. Thank you. Great service.

The usual Hilton service - appalling and really not suitable for business travel. Avoid at all costs

The room was well equipped and as per expectations, the bed was really nice and the pillows too. Meals offered by restaurant were really good and at very fair price for a Hilton

Some amenities in the room, maybe slippers and a bathrobe would have been nice to have. The breakfast choices were below by expectations, especially the coffee was sub-standard. Just by investing in a decent coffee machine people could be more indulgent about the limited food choices.
