Location and friendly staffs

Poor internet

Our premier ocean view room was on 12th floor of the main building with great view, room has all the essentials that you need, plenty of space and good layout, comfortable bed. Elevator was surprisingly quick. Food service was fast and tasted decent. Kids enjoyed the pool. Hotel has direct access to the beach, steps are a bit steep tho must be careful. We asked for an hour late check-out and was granted with no problem.

Location wise there was nothing within walking distance, but not too far from the city and other attractions about 15-20 min drive, convinence store right outside the hotel which was nice. Breakfast was pretty standard but nothing to complain about. The beach was kind of dirty but that's been known all of Pattaya unless you go to one of the islands nearby for blue sky water and sandy beaches.

The place was in a nice quiet spot not too far away from the main areas and also having a young child travelling with us. The staff went out and beyond, making sure we were looked after very well.

There was nothing to not like about the place..

Everything was bad.. starting from the reception and the room was not clean and full of ants.. The second room they moved us to there was more ants

Poor WiFi and lying about it. Fixed by trainee who hadn't been taught to lie yet. Strange banging noises from plumbing all day and night

You can't ask better than this hotel... The view from the swimming pool to the beach is fantastic.. you won't get anything like this ..very value for 🤑🤑🤑💰💰💰 money

The fact that there are two different buildings and not clarified during booking as facilities differ so do the rates. The ac is split unit in one building and cools with difficulty.

The room itself is spacious. Breakfast is good too. I believe the pool is cleaned every other day which is good enough for me. There are restaurants near by which is a plus for me. But the hotel needs to replace all their furnitures!!! It's like a clean good place but the furnitures are so old it's looking faded like sofas and the wood furnitures are unraveling.

The lobby's Aircon needs to be fixed!!! It's so hot but there's no air-conditioning at the lobby! Plus there isn't much plugs for charging your devices! Seriously that hotel needs to reconsider on that. As for cleanliness...it's clean inside but outside are so many bird poops and squirrel poops. I know that can't be helped but you gotta consider cleaning them too.

Good sized room but a tight fit to walk around the side nearest the wall. Little room from the foot of the bed and the door to the balcony. Amenities were resupplied each day including towels. The hallways aren't impressive but the rooms are nice! Breastfast was hot and beautiful! Many different choices in food. The staff was attentive and the tables were kept clean!

When I booked the room the hotel didn't mention a second building. It is just across the street, only a few stories and has no view of the water or beach! Be careful when booking and specifically request a room on a higher floor with an actual sea view. Sea-view rooms also overlook the pool.

Our room was dark and old and smelly. We have to request to change the new room to stay in the other side of the hotel which was the room we have seen in Tiktok. By the way, the staffs was very helpful.

we booked two rooms and they were in different buildings (across the road) the hotels a out dated and old, like going back in time.

We booked for 2 rooms and requested the rooms to be close together. The rooms is value for our money and we really enjoyed the connecting door between 2 rooms. Our room had the side sea view, we think it's enough and still can see the sea. The breakfast and swimming pool were also good. Moreover, the hotel location is close to the sea and restaurants. It's really easy to have services and discount from there, we also love discount. :))))

Because of the good hotel location and close to popular restaurants, that are reasons why the outside of hotel was quite crowed with load of tourists. Furthermore, Pattaya is really popular for weekend. We got traffic jam during our journey before arriving the hotel.

I liked the big beautiful room with sea view, the breakfast, and the very helpful reception. I stayed in the second building. I also like that the reception solved my internet connection problem, and the fact that they were ready to help in any request

When I arrived my room I was shown was not made up yet, but is okay, I was in the hotel before the check in time , so by the time I had something to eat everything was solved. Very well done!!

Everything was perfect. Good location, very friendly staff. Big and clean room and bathroom. Super breakfast with everything. Beautiful garden and pool. Quiet place. Highly recommended!
