The property was really modern and clean. The location was just perfect, 5 minute walk to the centre and the beach. Hosts were lovely and very quick to reply to any queries.

The en-suite bathroom was so crammed you couldn’t sit on the toilet facing forward, you had to face diagonal - I think it should either be a toilet room or a shower room. The only other thing was no where to hang towels - hooks would be a great edition.

Great location, close to beach and town. Private parking was a bonus. The beds were very comfy, and the tele had Netlix and Prime signed in which was handy. There was a washing machine, which we didn't use and maybe a dishwasher would be more useful. Everything we needed was provided and we'd definitely stay again. Thank you!

The shower room was small. It was hard to sit on the toilet because it was too close to the basin. The very hot towel rail in the other bathroom was so close to the toilet that it was too easy to accidentally touch it.

The flat is in an excellent location for easy access to the pier, beach , shops and a variety of resturants. The kitchen is well equipped if you are going to make neals including a nespresso machine.

The property next door was not hotel clientele .

it states beach front it’s not a beach front , the shower would not go warm and the bathroom was cold didn’t know how to get the radiators to work did text owner to ask how to work them but no response, so had a cold bathroom all weekend.

The cleanliness of the apartment, equipment, location and the parking all made this such a great place to stay. I would certainly recommend it to anyone needing to stay in Bournemouth.

Amazing location, really central and a short walk to the beach. Yet it was also really quiet! Lovely comfortable beds and living areas, a really nice place to come home to in the evening and to relax in. Nice to have some small outside areas, especially the astro area next to the lounge, a nice little sun trap! Great to have parking onsite. Hosts were really friendly, answered all my questions and communicated well. Would definitely return to this accommodation, and highly recommend to other travelers (with a couple of suggestions below).

There are 3 doors to gain entry to the apartment, but none felt very secure. The lock to the main front door is very poor indeed, and frequently the second door was left unlocked by other residents. Whilst facilities were generally very good, there were a few tiny niggles that I only mention here for other travelers to make provision for, especially if planning to cook: a lack of hand towels, no oven gloves and no baking trays. The blinds in the bedroom hardly blocked out any light. Our children were up at 4:30 on the first day! So for a simple fix (top tip!), we bought some tin foil and blu tac, and secured this to the windows underneath the blinds. This blocked out most of the light and everyone slept much better.

Convenient for the town centre and beaches, lovely apartment albeit a quirky layout. The outside areas were a bonus especially with the lovely weather. Free parking, wi-fi also a bonus, clean, well equipped. Helpful friendly owner.

There’s a knack to using the keys but managed into get it after a couple of attempts. I know that not everyone cooks but an oven tray / grill pan would be useful.

The apartment was beautiful. The kitchen had every utensil or dish needed, even a milk frother! I brought mine from home as my morning latte sets up my day, and I had a giggle to see we had the same one! For a compact space, the hosts have managed to meet as many needs a traveller may need! There was 2 outdoor spaces for smoking and enjoying the evening weather, which was appreciated, as we spent our days out and about. We were greeted by Ramon and he explained all we needed to know before he left. We had on site parking too.

I found the ensuite a bit small for functioning and favoured the bigger bathroom. Thats it!

Perfect location, very clean, car parking facility.

Wasn't aware hot water tank doesn't last long when everyone showers one after the other. Best to wait a while between showers to allow it time to warm up again. Not a problem for a couple though.
