The location is perfectly situated. Walking distance to seaport village, the ferry, and to little Italy. IHG hotels are always clean and luxurious. They clean daily and have keurigs in the room. The views were awesome and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.
The only negative is that the room doesn’t come with a fridge for personal use. Luckily we had an ice chest but it was a little challenging over a 3 night stay due to keeping drinks cool and not being able to have left overs.

fortunatamente ho avuto un problema nell' assegnazione della camera ma solo interagendo successivamente con la manager che segue la clientela premium ho potuto risolvere il problema .
amaro in bocca in un paio di occasioni... innazitutto la colazione è compresa solo a parole, nei fatti ogni ordinazione dal succo di arancia ( NON spremuta ) al caffè ed ai piatti proposti etc sono tutti a pagamento salato per cui il voucher disponibile nel prezzo dichiarato è assolutamente risibile nei fatti , ogni colazione per due costa minimo 100usd oltre mancia 20% ai quali detrarre il voucher breakfast di 60 usd...
il servizio valet inutile e decisamente caro, utilizzate il self park in autonomia proprio fianco all entrata ...
Turn over eccessivo al desk composto per la maggioranza da hostess troppo giovani senza esperienza senza caratura, spesso non capiscono proprio nulla...inadeguate totalmente

Wir haben extra mit Frühstück gebucht mussten aber beim auschecken erfahren dass nur einen „gutschein“ über 30$ / Tag inkludiert war - also die 4 Glas Orangensaft.Das ist ein ziemlicher Nepp - da sollte einfach kein Zimmer inkl. Frühstück angeboten werden-oder es sollte beim einchecken klar gemacht werden.Direkt nebenan ist gerade eine Riesenbaustelle — mit allem was dazu gehört

Room was very clean and comfortable. Location was perfect. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Water view rooms were charged more but you definitely only got a glimmer of the waterfront. The hotel was set back further than expected and the up charge was not worth it.

Amazing location, great restaurants in the building, lovely big comfortable rooms, clean and safe
The room with harbour views, were actually views of a building site as the room faced onto a building site next door. if you looked hard enough you could see the corner of the harbour so a big stretch to call the room harbour view and charge extra. But great views of harbour from the outdoor pool

Our room was very comfortable. It faced north, and we enjoyed sitting on the chaise in front of the window which had a view of the pool on the roof of the 4th floor below, and then the harbour beyond. Gym was good too. The location near Santa Fe transit hub allowed us to tour the area using trams and buses. Great!
