The hotel is really old and not well mantained. The room smelled like humidity and there was no body wash in the bathroom. Parking was really expensive for a night (33 dollars per day). Staff was not welcoming

Nice enough reception area and the manager and reception staff were friendly. The person greeting us at the breakfast area had a bit of an attitude.
We were first given a room that smelled of damp. It was unbearable. We managed to convince the manager to give us another room despite having been told earlier that the hotel is fully booked. The room we ended up staying in was ok, but the bathroom was a let down with a run down looking bathtub.
The pool area was a bit sad looking and could do with some tlc.
The location of the hotel is on a very noisy road, but the windows did block traffic noises off.
Luckily we only stayed for one night, but I forgot my travel pillow as we left, and despite calling the hotel and my partner going back to pick it up, we were repeatedly told it’s not there. I have chronic pain conditions and that pillow is incredibly important for my wellbeing, but despite informing the reception staff and the manager of this we got zero help getting the pillow back. I find that concerning.

The pool area needs to be redone badly. The floor is falling apart and you walk around with floor/paint chips stuck to your feet that get into the pool and jacuzzi.

Loved the feel. It felt like I was in a fancy motel. The rooms are really really nice. They do have a breakfast but It is a buffet or restaurant style but you'll have to pay for it. They have a parking garage. Just keep in mind if you drive a large truck or vehicle they do have a oversized parking area. Is only a 2 and a 1/2 miles away from SeaWorld!
The parking garage was a little low in height for my comfort. The Clarence was 6'. If anyone owns a full size truck it will fit but just as expect to do a lot of reversing and forwarding in order to get through those tight turns.

The beds were very uncomfortable. The snacks were way overpriced. We didn't know we had to pay extra for parking. If I would have known I would have booked a different hotel. Our room didn't have a good view no balcony access. The elevator was extremely slow. We most likely would not stay again.

It was close to everything. Our drive to the zoo was short and there was a lot of food options nearby. Their breakfast menu was also good. The staff were friendly in the front desk.
The room was not clean. We got a double bed room and the fitted sheets on one of the beds were dirty. We asked for shower gel as the one in the shower was empty. It took 4 hours for us to get it. We ended up using shampoo as shower gel because we had to leave already.

The entrance to lobby was a bit confusing. There is no parking for new check in only handicap. The parking structure is supper tight. At night, the property is very dark.
Same as above. Also there was only 3 towels and we are a family of five. The sofa bed wasn’t cleaned… it had existing human hair and a little dead bug.

ダブルツリーといえばチェックイン時のチョコレートクッキーですが、変わらず美味しかったです。フロントデスクのスタッフは親切で気持ちよく宿泊することが出来ました。
朝食会場のスタッフが少し笑顔が少なく、フロントデスクのスタッフと比べるとどうしても残念に思えてしまった。朝食はごく普通でした。美味しかったです。

I liked the room as it accommodated my family of 6 comfortably.
Shower curtain was covered in black mold which my son is highly allergic to, the door to the balcony was so hard to open the front staff asked if we could switch rooms so they could repair the door, the carpet was filthy, and the pool was cold even though it stated it was heated.

Almost everything was great, the room was great clean, bathroom was good n clean facilities was great clean nice decoration. The staff was very nice on cordial.
Parking place was a nightmare, I pay 30 dollars a night for parking where there was none and had to park on red zones or in a very super tiny spot if any available in the parking structure. there was no lotion that was provided by the hotel, unfortunately I forgot mine.

The location was perfect if you’re going to Sea world . the rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful and nice
The beds are uncomfortable certain spots in the room if you’re and a double queen room the one bed next to the wall does not get any of their conditioning and a sleeper couch mattress is horrible! the mattresses are not that comfortable.

The room was not what we were expecting or promised. Got the first room on the first floor so felt like privacy was a bit compromised. Shower head didn’t work very well and the bathroom would flood if we used the shower.

I like the room but the couch was smaller than what picture in room view showed.
I didn't like the parking set up and the pool needed to be cleaned up from debris of plants. Not every room had the same amount of space and no microwave.

the pool was great but supposedly no food allowed, even though people were eating around it.
also what was not good is our room behind the elevator needs mors sound isolation as we couldn’t sleep before 2am when people finally stop using it until 5/6 am when they star again. unbearable at some point.

Only 1 elevator was working so it took a lot of time to get to and from your room. My reservation was not ready at 4. It was ready about 45 mins after. I was going to my own birthday celebration soon after, so I had to rush. They charged me an extra $30 for parking for an extra car. I left shoes in the hotel and when I called, they said it was logged into the lost and found system.

2 days before we arrived, I decided to read the reviews and immediately felt as if I made a mistake in booking and wish I could cancel my reservation, but it was too late. However; our experience was amazing! It was a very clean room that smelled so good. The staff was nice and helped me with checking in early. The beds were comfortable. And having the sofa couch was very convenient for our family of 5. My 5 year old son felt like a king sleeping in on it all to himself 😊
I would say the one thing that was kinda ok was the parking garage. We have a Honda Pilot, and I think I'm a pretty good driver, but those straight turns are no joke. You may have to reverse a few times to make the turn, but other than that, you're good.
