Perfect for our needs. Very comfortable.

I loved everything about Hadley Close, it was warm comfortable, private and quiet, our hosts were there however not there and were available if you needed them. everything was perfect.

The property is positioned in beautiful gardens, in a quiet street. It is tastefully decorated throughout with quality furnishings and is very comfortable and private. The infloor heating made the bathroom deliciously warm, the shower had excellent water pressure and the beds gave a great night’s sleep.

I can find no faults with this property.

very nice relaxed setting away from the city and dog friendly. good kitchen facility. One bedroom has a large TV and sofas as well as in the kitchen area.

Absolutely nothing. This is NOT what it is being represented as AT ALL! I refused to stay and am waiting on a FULL REFUND.

Not Private at all. Not even apartment style... though it is promoted this way. Quite boxy. It's a titivated basement directly underneath owners living. Sorry no photos as i was in shock when I arrived. Asked for refund immediately. And left immediately.

It is a really comfortable, stylish place. High quality bed linen and towels. Loved the heated floor in the bathroom. I also really enjoyed the art on the walls. Cosy and comfortable and perfect for our overnight stay.

That it was three separate rooms bedroom, bathroom and living and you were in the same building as the owners as they were upstairs.

just some minor things. Hair shampoo and soap containers in shower had signs of soap buildup underneath. some of the coffee cups contained residue.It is a tight drive on narrow road to reach.

If we're in Dunedin again, we would definitely stay at Kay's place. It has a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, the bed is luxurious! As others have mentioned it is a little out of town and this means it's lovely and quiet. The small apartment is on the bottom floor of the owner's home and there is an open staircase but don't let this put you off, it is still very private and there is no noise between floors. I would recommend Hadley Close to all travellers, except perhaps those who might be more comfortable in a standard chain hotel.

Beautifully presented with a lovely garden view. Generous accomodation with separate bedroom, comfortable living room with kitchen facilities. Separate bathroom/ toilet. All equipped to a newish high standard. Good location for visiting Dunedin, close to Botanical Gardens, not far from city, and SH1.

Although it was not a problem for us this was more a self contained guest house attached to a private home rather than a motel unit which it was not. One felt like a guest in someone’s private home which may be uncomfortable for some people.

The room and gardens made for a very nice stay. We would have like to have stayed longer it was so pleasant. The gardens were a delight with lovely shrubs and trees. The bird life was great with many varieties on display.
