Lovely clean room. Big comfortable bed. Bathroom was nice and clean. Staff very friendly.

Walk to the town center was over 20 minutes. We requested a room with a window but the window was looking directly into another guest room and it was a internal window.

Room does not include a balcony as stated (it’s a window) Curtains do not open. Room is dark. Street is noisy in the morning

Very clean and spacious rooms. 7 minutes walk to the centre . Plenty of restaurants nearby. Betty the owner is very nice and speaks English. She even cooked me bacon in the morning (:

Breakfast was good, Wi-Fi worked, bed was good, the room wasn't big but that's what we chose.

The welcome was not the warmest, the lady at the reception probably thought we were going to ambush her. The lady didn't speak English, and since they don't have the internet at the reception, it was almost impossible to communicate. The lady at the reception asked us what we wanted for breakfast. For a hotel with this rating, I would expect breakfast as a matter of course and not having to arrange with the staff what we wanted. Underground parking is not for larger cars. I couldn't turn the car around there.

The entire hotel is just beautiful to see !

Everything is great the hot water is much better than before after they may the investment in the transformatior, now you can take delicious showers, the breakfast are a delicious, the cleanest is full and really nice people. I highest recommended. X

Not time to stay more days in there, I love to stay more days because I have to travel, but pretty soon I will came but with my family. Next time I want to go to the Cotopaxi volcano, and Quilotoa lagoon. I have to came with time, because there is a lot the things to do.
