Toilet got weird smell

Cleanliness was bad. Toilet is smelly. Kitchen was dirty

1.Shower hot water is very unstable,hot water suddenly become ice cold. 2.Shower is clogged and saw hair in the bathroom. 3.The floor is dirty and sticky 4.Parking charges is freaking expensive,RM20 per night,we stayed 2 nights so we need to pay RM40 🤦🏻‍♀️

The facilities were great between the gym and the pool. The view from both is amazing and really enjoyable to use. The bathrooms in the rooms are very spacious, lovely shower and good lighting. The room itself was really nice, big bed and comfortable. The location was very central, very easy to get a Grab into KL and even walk depending on where you're going.

Would have felt more secure if there was a safe in the room.

The staff and security are very friendly

The property hide about a refundable deposit in this application that costs RM300 for any damage to the apartment and have to pay cash at the counter before check in.

The room arrangment was a bit confusing. The was another room when I open the main door. Someone switch off the hall lamp and I had to search in the dark to find the switch. The Convenient store required a long walk.

I made the booking and indicated my check out and check in time 3 weeks before I arrived and paid on booking .com However when I arrived I got charged extra 400 Malaysian ringet for my check in /out dates because the hotel management has a fixed check in /out times .
