The house and location was beautiful. There were a few things that could have been better(most rentals do). The house was very clean. The kitchen needed more attention. Maybe because I cook every day and don't eat out much; but there was food stuck to a lot of the utensils, pots, pans, glasses etc. Nothing that a little washing didn't fix. The owner and rental association were VERY responsive. My suggestion is to check everything as soon as you get there and anything you need, call them and they will take care of you right away. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation

Was an awesome trip and would highly recommend the Troup real estate to help with all of your needs while staying in one of their Devine homes. We even rented the boat and it was well worth the extra money. Very clean and accommodating. Kids loved the pool, hot tub, and finding lizards. Mornings filled with fish jumping out of the water if you get up around 7 am. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood.

This property was well cared for . We loved the location. It was very clean and quiet. The pool and the hot tub were great. We rented the boat and had a great time . We saw manatees and dolphins and caught all sorts of fish. Highly reccomend this rental . It was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Property as described and no hidden surprises that we sometimes find with bro. Nicole was kind responsive and professional property manager. Best we have ever dealt with using vrbo. Rent the boat and get captain Bob show you around and act as fishing guide. We enjoyed our days that we spent with him. A dolphin came up to the dock and said hi. Ok it blew air less than a foot from me. Hard to beat that experience.

If you’re looking for a place that has it all and is located in a great spot, this is it. You can use this as a home base to explore Sanibel Island, Captiva, Cape Coral, Ft Myers and Bonita Springs/Naples. All of these are within easy driving distance. All of the amenities listed are in great shape and very clean.
Closer to home base there are lots of places to eat and shop as well. Great neighborhood and located right on the canal system.
Check in / check out process was seamless, When I had questions before coming to the property Maggie and her team responded quickly.
If you decide to utilize the pontoon on property, Captain Bob will give you a wonderful orientation to the area and dos and dont’s. Would highly recommend utilizing him as a resource.

House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. There were plenty of towels and even sunscreen, which was very thoughtful. I found some pool noodles and other pool stuff in the garage. Neighborhood is very quiet, and backyard is pretty private (can't really see neighbors on either side). Loved the book with local dining/excursion information. We made our way to Ding Darling and caught sight of a manatee in the wild! We also took a sunset boat tour and saw a bunch of dolphins. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second visit to Cape Coral and we loved the location! We had easy access to all the things we needed, as well as a quick trip by boat to several beaches. Communication with the property manager was some of the best we've experienced. They truly want their guests to have a good experience! The home, pool, hot tub was excellence, clean and spacious. The canal and pontoon boat was icing on the cake. Our favorite day was scattering our brothers ashes in the gulf and being surrounding by dolphins within a minute. Such a surprising, surreal moment for our family. We wanted to do a few crock pot meals with being on the boat and could not find one anywhere. As soon as I let Maggie know, we had 1 before noon. My siblings and family fell in love with this home, location and services. Now I want to move here lol. Highly recommend with the boat. Captain Bob was very professional and helpful. Thank you so much for assisting us in this memory ❤️

The place was fabulous from day 1 right through to the last day. Any problems (little things) with the place were handled immediately by the maintenance guy. I'm not sure where to begin; so I'll just dive right in.
This was a last min trip for some R&R, to enjoy a happy visit with our son, DIL and grandaughter and to celebrate our Anniversary in Cape Coral.
We booked Serenity Sands last minute and Maggie was just amazing. She and Lisa always responded immediately to any question I had. We had planned to drive to FL from NH w/our dog, we acquired our 10.5yr old boy due to my father passing unexpectedly only a few mths earlier. Due to the timing, we did not want to leave our boy home, so it was important to us to find a pet friendly rental, and Maggie was more than accommodating.
The neighborhood and home is beautiful and you're close to everything you could need or want. Whether you need to run to the drug store, grocery store or just wanted to head out to enjoy a bite to eat, all are only minutes away.
There were Kayaks, bicycles, life jackets, a cooler, chairs, towels, umbrellas & even beach toys available for an outing at the beach.
The home is spacious, immaculate and had every amenity you could need.
The pool and hot tub were a treat after a day out & about.
We also took advantage of the boat rental option and Captain Tim was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and made you feel very comfortable during your 'lesson'.
We highly recommend Serenity Sands.

Lisa the property manager was great to work with. Quick to respond and accommodating to requests once in the property.
We rented the boat for several days and Captain Bob came out to give us our boating lessons. The family was very accommodating and came out to check the boat back in as well as assist us with the pool.
Kitchen is well stocked and easy to navigate. They had a Keurig. As well as a regular coffee pot. If you are staying more than a few days grab some dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent or bring some from home.
If you are renting the boat an additional cooler or cooling bag would be helpful.. to keep food and drinks separate.
The house is great. We brought our older kids with us . They appreciated having their own space to retreat to and watch tv..

Where do I begin? From start to finish- this was the best experience. Booking was easy, and I asked a ton of questions beforehand, during and after! Communication was incredible, every question I had got answered immediately. The house is great- no one ever got bored. The boat and Captain Bob were amazing, and the newly done pool is gorgeous (as is the view). I can’t say enough about Maggie and Lisa- what a team! We had never experienced Cape Coral like this and are already planning our return trip! Thank you isn’t enough for “the best vacation ever” according to our 16 year-old (that says A LOT)!

The home was perfect for our family. We loved staying there, enjoying the pool and hot tub and the tritoon boat. Our stay there was a perfect vacation stay. We relaxed, enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and loved setting manatee in the canal. The kayaks were a nice touch and fun to paddle around at sunset. The sunsets from the home were gorgeous, and we had a great stay.

House was amazing. Very clean, host so helpful. Captain Bob a true captain of the Sea. Lots of information.. a bit of a head spinner. The house offers everything to make everyone happy every minute . Enough for 8 people to explore and enjoy the day. Started fishing and swimming minutes after arriving.. in the evening after the August 3 :00 storms and returning from one of the islands we spent the day exploring. The kayaks , bikes and hot tub was the how we spent the second half of our day.

My wife, two boys (ages 6 and 15), and myself had a wonderful time! The Communication prior to getting to the house was excellent. Upon arriving at the house we were pleased to see that the house was clean, well organized, and had plenty of room for our family. Every room had comfortable beds which was a plus for everyone! The pool and jacuzzi were a pleasant delight.
The back porch area was perfect because we were looking for a place where we could just relax and escape the same ole routine! We spent a considerable amount of time swimming and lounging...The boat was a game changer....Having the ability to go cruising whenever we pleased was the best! Our stay encompassed the water, beach
and canal life . It was so easy to walk out the back door and into the pontoon boat out into the canal and into the Gulf of Mexico ! Our captain, Captain Bob was awesome and we highly recommend him for a tour of the gulf . Our accommodations were perfect for 2 couples and we loved having the use of a hot tub and pool daily ! Several maintenance issues were required and Maggie , our host , was very helpful in getting these taken care of and very promptly . We are from Louisiana and go to the Florid panhandle almost yearly … it was our first time in Cape Coral and we were thoroughly pleased !
