This house was absolutely perfect for our party of 3 different families to include 8 kids and 6 adults. The layout was great and the open concept kitchen/dining/living worked great for our group. House was super clean, beachy, and had ton of extra amenities including a wagon, a bench full of beach toys, and stocked kitchen. The close proximity to the pool was super convenient and the walk to the beach was not bad AT ALL even with small children/toddlers. There was also a beach tram that ran throughout the day and made trips even easier. Mr Garland was extremely great to work with, checked in on us regularly, and made every check in/out process easy! We look forward to visiting again 😊

Beautiful community. They provide shuttle service to the beach. The pool is a few steps away. The house is very nice. Plenty of space for our group od twelve. The owner was super nice and responded right away when we contacted him. We enjoyed a wonderful vacation!

We had everything we needed for a great vacation. Having the pool so close was really convenient. Since we took our dogs all the dog waste stations were also a bonus. We would definitely stay here again. We love coming to Destin and this was a great spot to be in.

This house is perfect for a large family gathering! We had 11 adults and three children and we all had our own space and didn’t feel cramped. We had everything we needed to enjoy the week, and the host was gracious enough to accommodate our request for a Christmas tree since we had children with us. The pool is very close and the beach was just a short walk. We enjoyed every minute of it!

The house was very spacious. There were 11 total- 5 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of room for every one to have a bed. The pool was convenient. The beach was an easy walk or the was a golf cart that ran all day that could take you to the beach for a tip. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, big house and Well stocked
We rented this property from Sunday through Saturday and we were able to check in early. We had nine adults and an older teenager in our party and we had plenty of room to spread out. The beds were comfortable. The upstairs rooms do get a lot of sun so plan to wake up early. The kitchen was well stocked. There are plenty of plates, etc and cookware. We used the Kuerig, crockpot and griddle. Having two full-size fridges plus a drink fridge was so nice! The front patio is a great place to hang out and we weren’t worried about leaving our beach items there. The neighborhood is very clean and feels very safe. The provided wagon is amazing! It will hold so much and makes the trip to the beach much easier. The concession/bar at the beach entrance will fill your ice chest with ice for $4 and has snow cones for $5. They do take credit cards. It was nice to be able to leave keys behind (because of the keypad entry) and not worry about losing them on the beach. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

My family and i vacation in destin multiple times a year, always in a 5 bedroom or bigger and this rental by far takes the cake, not one issue, no complaints, quick communication and more than enough room for everyone. Quick walk to the beach with easy access. Look foward to booking again.

Informative, professional and communicative
We had a fantastic experience our first time using VRBO. Could not have asked for a better host home our first time. He was communicative and professional and easily reachable. The property was very well taken care of and clean as well as super close and just a walk from the beach as described. We will definitely book again with Garland in the future if needed.

Bermuda House
The location is perfect! Quick walk to the beach (a great wagon was provided). The home was very spacious for the 14 of us. 6 adults, 8 children. The pool was right across the street. Garland communicated regularly & everything was as expected. Would definitely recommend & will visit again.
One note: There is one room located downstairs, the rest are upstairs.

Great Spot
This house and location were great! I am not sure we could have asked for better (except for beach and chair service at the beach would have been AMAZING).
The culdesac was perfect for all the kids to roam, scooter, blade, and play basketball. The pool was a one minute walk and the beach about 8 (with many kids tagging along!). We did bring an extra wagon which was helpful since a lot of our littles wanted rides and we had other things to bring to the beach.
Make sure to bring your own chairs and umbrella because there are none at the house and non provided unless you pay at the beach.

TT’s house
This was a family trip with 12 of us including four children ages 11, 4, 2, and 1. There was plenty of room for everyone. We loved the openness of the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The proximity to the beach was an easy walk even for the kids. We only used the pool once but it is located directly across the street. Our family had three SUVs and a truck which all fit in the driveway. Mr. Garland was excellent at communication and checked in often to make sure everything was perfect. There are tons of beach toys, floats, an umbrella, and wagon available to use at the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked with all sorts of cookware including a griddle, crockpot, Keurig, toaster, and blender. My niece who is 4 was convinced this was my new house so hints why we call it TT’s house.

There was 14 of us seven children seven adults plenty of room for everybody the sleeping quarters were great everything was awesome nice and clean easy to keep up on we started teasing about the sound of the washer when it was on I spin it sounded like a plane so that’s why they started calling to the airplane house lol loved the house and garland best family vacation ever

We had 11 family members staying in the house and the house was plenty big enough. We had plenty of room. The house is a short walk to the beach, very convenient. We can’t say enough great things about this home! We spent a week (7 adults, 3 kids, & a dog) and everything was perfect. The home had everything we needed and the location is a super quick walk to the beach. Mr. Rowland was very attentive in making sure we had everything we needed, and even followed up after we left to ask for any recommendations on property improvements. This should definitely make your list if you’re planning to travel to the Miramar/ Destin area!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This home was just a short walk from the beach. We even met one of the lovely neighbors ms.kitty. The only thing that negative I would have to say was that our feet were constantly black from walking on the tile. Not sure what it was from. We tried to sweep and even mop but nothing helped. Other than that I definitely recommend this home. Mr.Garland was a wonderful host!

Home is stocked with just about everything you need and owner is wonderful. This will be our go to vacation spot until we purchase our own home in Destin.
