We really enjoyed our stay here. This rental really does have everything you would need!

There was a canopy and wagon and other items available to use at the beach. The swimming pool was fun.

Terrible. It was dirty. The bath towels were soaking wet still. Sand everywhere. No remote for one bedroom. We didn’t have enough bracelets for the pool and they never brought us anymore. Water wouldn’t drain in the bathtubs. Upstairs was so hot we couldn’t sleep comfortably. Beds were very uncomfortable. We called staff several times while we were there and it took them more than a day to address just one problem.

Out best location yet: direct walking access through the property to the beach and directly across the street from direct bay access. (Also directly across frim a free Trolly stop if you don’t want to fight parking for local restaurants). It’s a more private beach than the main beaches closer to the huge parking lot area or attached to high rises. Since it’s a fairly small property the pool’s not overcrowded, and because it is surrounded by small properties, the beach was not overrun. Kitchen had nice appliances and plenty of dishes, pots and pans, bed in the smaller bedroom was very firm and comfy, bathrooms were nice, and there were lots of beach toys in the garage (chairs, floats, corn hole, and a rig for boiling shrimp, crawfish, or crabs). Nicely decorated and reasonably updated. Balconies looked out over road side (bay side) and pool; (you couldn’t really see the bay because of properties across the street) and had comfy chairs, a table, and a grill. We would DEFINITELY stay here again and recommend it to others! At this price, I doubt there’s a better deal. The location alone is worth the money- the property itself is very nice. And the washer and dryer work.

Place was fairly clean (bathrooms and kitchen) but if it was my house I would have done some needed deep cleaning to baseboards and under beds. Nothing icky-I’m a germaphobe and carry and use surface wipes everywhere I go. Didn’t stop me from relaxing; just a warning note for the high strung picky person. Sheets and towels were plentiful and very clean. I’ve been known to wash sheets and towels before I’ll use them, and that was not needed here.

Location was great. House was clean with plenty of towels and even beach towels, though it would’ve been great to have 2 more. Good access to main road. Lots of flatware and cooking utensils.

The iron was broken. There were no sheets for the sofa bed or blankets. We had to go purchase back at Walmart over the bridge. The stovetop didn’t work and turned on by itself 2x, once melting the microwave splash cover and nearly starting a fire. We never did access the wifi. The pool and f1 and h came up but not ours. Coffee pot was broken while made it challenging to make coffee as the grounds kept getting into the coffee. I turned in the receipt for the bedding, so hopefully that will be reimbursed.
