We enjoyed ourselves, the cottage provided everything we needed. An excellent property

My husband, myself and our 6 children ranging from ages 11-21 had a wonderful week. The house was so clean and the space was great. Spacious bedroom and everything we needed m for our week stay on The Cape.

This house was beautiful! Nicely decorated and very clean! The location was great for our family! The playscape and yard gave us ample room to hang out and play outdoor games. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get away!

We loved how close it was to the beach and the great big backyard for the kids. We loved how there was extra rooms and beds. The window and the wall mounted air conditioners worked great. Had great internet and WiFi. All of the televisions had Netflix and live tv which was great for the kids and adults. My only complaint is that some of the beds were on wheels and rolled around when you got on them. They also were not comfortable and had no head boards which made the pillows fall off the bed in the middle of the night. Over all a great property to stay and would stay there again.

The property was great and was close the beaches!

Property had all the amenities one would want for a vacation home on the cape. The only negatives were noisy neighbors (especially at night) and the fact that you had to cross route 6 to get to the bike path and ocean beaches.

My friends and I had such a lovely stay here for the weekend! Ricardo was extremely easy to get ahold of and very understanding with any questions. The house was clean and perfect for a group of 8 adults! We were all very comfortable. It is a great location close to the beach, Wellfleet and all the attractions the cape has to offer!

The house and neighborhood was sooo nice! The beach diwn the road had the most amazing sunsets! Ricardo was a great host!

Our experience at this house was wonderful. When hurricane Henri put a damper on our plans Ricardo and Lynn were amazingly helpful and generous. They helped us navigate VRBO and get a refund for our missed time. You couldn’t ask for nicer people. The house itself is perfect for adults with young kids. We ate all our meals outside while the kids enjoyed the swing set. We had a great few days and would love to do it again and for longer next time.

We enjoyed our stay, but we were confused about the man who showed up mentioning something about a pipe in the basement. It was unclear who this person was, and unfortunately it made all the guests uncomfortable that there was someone seemingly staying in the basement for hours on end. We would have appreciated some clarity or communication that there would be someone else in the house and what exactly they were doing. Other than that, the house was just fine for our short stay.

The property was very clean and well-equipped. The kids loved playing on the swing set, and we really enjoyed the patio for dinners. The owners were very responsive to questions. Location is very convenient for accessing outdoor activities - many beaches and trails less than 10 minutes away by car, and Cooks Brook is a 15 minute walk from the house.

The owner was incredibly helpful. House was beautiful and a 10-15 walk to the beach with two little kids in tow. The house was a short drive to everything and we wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Everything was great about this place, it was just as pictured! The location was perfect to go between First Encounter and Wiley park with our kids. The outdoor space was great, house appropriately stocked, and owners very communicative and sweet. Will definitely rent this place again in the future, thanks for a great vacation!

Super clean Excellent owners…great stay

This is a great house! Would definitely stay again. In a quite neighborhood. Clean, nicely decorated and seemed to be recently updated. The bedrooms are big. It was a great place to stay with children. The swing set was an added bonus!

There were only 4 of us but this house could have hosted many more! This was a perfect location for going on our whale watching tour in Hyannis, and a day exploring Provincetown. We drove over to the nearest beach, less than 5 minutes, to see a beautiful sunset on our last day. Ricardo and Lynn were wonderful hosts! We had a few minor questions and they were very responsive and friendly!! Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this property. From hanging outside on the patio, watching movies, and being so close to the beach, it was a great way to get away. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, the fresh linen was a huge plus and plenty of room for parking. Was easy to take a quick day trip up to Provincetown and the grocery store was relatively close. Overall was a very enjoyable stay and have no complaints!

We had fun, bedrooms were bigger and nicer than expected. We were able to make a lot of noise late at night no issue, which is nice on vacation.

Six of us were looking for a getaway for our bride-to-be (my future SIL) and opted for the Cape. I scoured listings on various sites for affordability and space...this lovely home had it all! There were even two full size bathrooms which are key with 6 women staying under one roof. The beds were all super comfy...even the twin mattresses. Plenty of towels and access to a washer and dryer as needed. Although the neighborhood is well settled, it was as peaceful as can be with a lovely screened in patio area where we enjoyed morning coffee. Everything was clean and tidy. One of the girls even snapped photos of the decor to share with her husband as they are renovating their first house. I highly recommend staying here and am already thinking about coming back with my family. Please keep in mind the operating costs and occupancy charges from VRBO when booking. That was a bit of a surprise for me when booking and meant I spent a good bit more than I had anticipated...but when all was said and done...we got more than what we paid for with this fabulous spot!

The house is centrally located to beaches, shopping, dining, winery. Immaculate setting with all the amenities one would need. We enjoyed our stay and would love to be back again .

Great stay for a group & super close to the beach!

This house was PERFECT for a nice weekend getaway down the cape! It was VERY clean and well maintained. The property was updated beautifully and had the most comfortable space! Ricardo was SO easy to get ahold of and talk to before and during our stay. The property was a short walk from a lovely beach and this property had all the beach stuff we needed! It was amazing and I would stay here again!

The location was great. The home is near beaches, the National Seashore, restaurants, and many other spots. The home owners were very helpful in providing recommendations for restaurants and activities.

The house is located a short drive to Cooks Brook Beach on bay side. Beach gets very crowded at high tide and when tide is out, you really can't swim. There are very large groups of families with small children that use this beach daily. Parking lot is big and sticker is required. You can walk to beach but it's a good 15 minute walk and it gets hot. You can't walk to beach with small children. House is small inside, yard is good size. Located right off Rte 6. Air conditioning in house was a plus.

Wonderful property in great location. Close to Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, and less than a mile from Cooks Brook Beach where you can view the most AMAZING sunsets. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need while on vacation with your family. Owners were easy to communicate with, as well. We had a great stay. Highly recommend!!

Went with some friends for a long weekend and we had a great time. The property is perfect, tons of space (especially the backyard) and a short 15 min walk to the beach. Ricardo was great and very easy to communicate with as well! Thanks so much!

The pictures for this property do not do it justice! Everything about the house was perfect. Ricardo was easy to get in contact with and very accommodating when we blew a fuse one night. Would definitely stay again!

We went with kids for short vacation , the house is beautiful and u feel very cozy. Very clean and u have everything you need inside and outside. Kids even had their own rooms with awesome decor. The beach is five minutes if you go by car. Ricardo and Lynn very friendly and very nice. Thank you

This was an excellent stay for a group of 8. The house was spotless upon arrival and the location was great. 15 minute walk to bayside beach and 10 minute drive to Whitecrest. Highly recommend.
