Small thing-soap dispenser in bathroom has fallen off the wall and not put back.

I liked the environment and the view especially on the room I booked for
I was looking forward to utilise the pool but it was not clean and also the bed was a bit uncomfortable

Unfortunately we didn’t order breakfast but I liked the neatness of that place the room was exceptionally clean everything was in order

The lay out of this place is weird....
Walking through the kitchen to get to the stairs leading to the rooms....
No aircon...I asked for two single beds a week before when I made to booking.....when we got there.....we found a double bed and had to wait for them to re -do the room.
5 black staff were around sitting on their cellphones.
Arriving around 8 in the evening also found out that there is no restaurants close and the one that is in the area is closed every tuesday.
When asking if the staff can make plan for us.....all I could get them to give us was a cup of coffee and biscuits.....but in the fridge they has pleanty to make us ......
These people are working at this establishment but do not go the extra mile .
Place and people needs to pay attention to detail .

The staff at this B&B, Assistant Lesson, Thembisa, Sis'Manzolo and Sis'Nosiseko, was friendly throughout, made us to feel at home. They know their job and I pray that they keep it like that
I'm really lost for words to explain how dedicated they are to what they are employed to do there.
We will be visiting that place again soon and very soon, it's sooo lovely, rooms very clean with comfortable beds.
The TV at Aurora room was not working, no connection to the wifi unless you are sitting outside in the lounge area.

Backup power was a problem, modem and DSTV issues after load shedding. Staff was not trained well but she hadlesd it best she could

Staff were amazing and very helpful. The only downside was the lack of electricity and this was not only due to loadshedding. They have a solar inverter but it hardly ever worked. We had electricity once when we came home at night and not the other three nights. There was no electricity any of the mornings when we got up. Wifi signal is not good.
