This is everything g you need for a holiday . Very clean, very well equipped and the location is ideal. Staff was very welcoming, helpful. Close to old town, harbour for sea excursions, beach , some nice restaurants in the area.

Wonderful location just a few minutes from the centre of old Split and from the bus station and harbour. Despite this, it was always quiet and we never heard any noise at night. Check-in was straight forward, we used the pre-booked airport pick-up We were.on the top floor which did mean a lot of stairs every day (72 to be precise). There is no lift but we were fine with this and I knew this when booking.

Very nice apartment and great location - central but quiet! The room interior was very modern and everything new. Also very clean! The communication was also impeccable and welcoming. Would come back!

Very clean, shower has a shelf which not all places in Croatia do. Spacious. Quiet! Good AC. We'll set up. Groceries nearby.

Windows need screens. Given the many swallows feeding on flying insects it's obvious there are insects. Why don't Europeans have screens. We used the AC which was fine.

Everything! Great communication from the moment of booking from property manager Mia. We were greeted and received wonderful service from Vinko on our arrival. The unit was wonderfully renovated with care taken to compliment the heritage building beautifully. Small touches like the information handbook and Croatian coffee, tea and biscuits in the room were very very much appreciated Great location, just a short walk to Diocletian’s palace and Riva waterfront and Bačvice beach.

Five minutes walk to the Old Town. Harbour was on the way to the old town. Lots of restaurants dotted around. Plenty of supermarkets too. Our accommodation for two was generous. Very convenient.

No elevator but understandable as the residence is a very old property converted into accommodations for tourists. Property is three storeys high.
