Rosella was there to meet us and told us about the property and its facilities. She told us about the heating and towels. The court yard was a sun trap and felt very warm for a February morning. There wasn't a plug in the bathroom. There was no hot water to wash the pots. However we did not tell Rosella about this as we could mange for the four nights we were there

Perfect accommodation for family vacation. The apartment is very spacious with 3 separate rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. You will find here everything you will ever need to cook and dine. Owners are very kind and nice people. We were treated upon arrival with very delicious chocolate cake and bottle of wine in the fridge. I think that speaks for itself :). Rossella has very good taste and the place really feels like home. There's also private parking inside, ideal for rental car. It is also very well located, ideal for trips around southern coast of Sardinia. Cagliari is about 20-25 minutes away. West and east coast about 1-1,5h (which is great for Sardinia). There are enough shops end great restaurants around if you don't feel like travelling. We have visited Sardinia and Italy many times before but this was our best accommodation yet. We really felt like home. Thans again to Rossella. Highly recommended!

The place was amazing. It was very spacious, cozy, well equipped and clean. We had plenty towels and a very nice shower. Our host Rossella was super nice and friendly and brought us some food to welcome us. There was also a big bowl of fruit which was very nice. We had plenty of our meals in the calm garden. Excellent place. We would definitely recommend.

We were met when we arrived at Marco's House. The location is good and the parking is very convenient. There was ample space for two of us, including two kitchens. The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. There are plenty of snacks and drinks in the home to satisfy us during our stay... even a chocolate cake in the refrigerator.

Although we enjoyed our stay at Marco's House, The house seemed a bit cluttered. There are a lot of plants throughout the home. There is a washing machine, but it leaks and there is no dryer and the small inner courtyard doesn't provide enough sunlight to dry the clothes. You must hang the clothes in the area by the car. It does seem odd that the home would have two kitchens, but at least we were able to wash and eventually dry our clothes.

Perfect hospitability.

After staying in many apartments in Europe over the years, Marco’s House is definitely one of the best apartments we have ever stayed. It is located about 20-25 mins drive from Cagliari airport which makes it very convenient to get to/from the airport especially if you have an early flight. The apartment had a very homely feel to it with nice decorations. The car could be parked in front of the house and the garage gate could be closed behind it which made the parking much more secure. It has three bedrooms which is suitable for a group of travellers. The house was very clean and quiet. Air conditioners kept the house warm. The beds were comfortable. It was truly fully equipped with everything you could think of. The bedrooms had plenty of blankets and duvets. The bathroom had plenty of towels and toiletries. The kitchen had everything. The hostess Rossella also provided a variety of tea, coffee, biscuits and fruits. She was really kind to give us a bottle of prosecco and a Panettone on the day of check-in. Rossella was very hospitable and with Google translate, the communication was absolutely fine. Dolianova where the apartment is located has a couple of supermarkets. The local restaurants are also worth trying. I personally think staying in a nice apartment makes a huge difference to the holiday especially knowing that the hostess had gone an extra mile for the guests. We had a great family holiday during Christmas largely thanks to the choice of staying at Marco’s House. I can’t recommend Marco’s House highly enough. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Sardinia again.

This has probably been the best appartment we have been to while travelling. Rossella ist a great host and welcomed us with lots of fruits, cookies and champagne. She was always available for questions and gave us a lot of useful information. The appartment was large and nicely furished with love to detail. It was very well euqipped with everything you need on a summer holiday ( umbrellas, diving goggles, cooling bag, games etc..). The kitchen as well ist very well equipped. The terracce in front of the house ist fantastic! We would definitely stay at this place again.
