Well presented house in a great location close to the centre of Brighton. The property was really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Good communication prior to arrival and face to face check-in was nice to meet the host. We will definitely be returning.

We had the pleasure of staying at this lovely holiday home in Brighton, and it exceeded all my expectations! The house is beautifully decorated, clean, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. The host was incredibly welcoming and provided lots of helpful tips about the local area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended

Location is right in the middle of Brighton which comes with all the pros and cons. Pros: plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Cons: lot of noise and drunk people passing by in the night.
Parking only possible in the parking garageclose by which is very expensive.
Apartment is renovated with a very nice kitchen. The second shower in the upper story was not really usable for us since it would have flooded the complete bathroom. The heating - which according to the landlord is not broken - makes unbearable noises which makes it impossible to sleep on the upper floor. The owner is nice and caring. Overall, we enjoyed the stay!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The house was in the best location, less than ten minutes walk from absolutely everything, the seafront, the Lanes, shopping etc. The house was as described in the photos, very well equipped, everything had been thought of we didn't want for anything while we were there.
The owner greeted me on arrival and showed me round, the house was clean and well cared for. He even very kindly allowed me in slightly early as the food shop had arrived early!!
Some comments complained about the top floor bathroom, we didn't have a problem, there's a shower screen preventing spillage so suspect possibly it had not been used as designed.
Highly recommend this house.

Check in process was really easy, we had to come a bit earlier and were able to leave our bags whilst cleaning of property continued. The house was exactly as described, right in the centre of Brighton and easy to walk everywhere. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Brighton!

Property was very clean and had all equipment required. The property is very central and you can walk to all tourist attractions very easily and easy walk from the train station. However, being so central meant it was very noisy during the night. Our only disappointment with the property was the second bathroom - it is the size of a cloakroom with a shower head in the ceiling, with a very small sink. We only tried it once, as we were afraid the water would come out of the door onto the landing, the water also took a long time to get hot. But the four of us managed ok with the other excellent bathroom.

Superb house in a fantastic location. Super easy to get access to all the attractions/ amenities. Despite its central location the pub opposite didn't bother us either.
House had absolutely everything we needed and more, would certainly stay here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a comfortable house in a brilliant spot for central Brighton.

We had a great stay. The host was incredibly accomodating, the location was ideal (a 5 - 10 min walk from the lanes, seafront and train station), and the house itself was perfect! Would 100% recommend.

Very central location and walkable to everything in the downtown Brighton area. Beds are very comfortable. The staircase is very steep but that is the nature of the houses of this age in the area.

We were a group of 6 ladies on a special birthday weekend trip. Such a beautiful house, and no more than 10 minutes walk away from anywhere - including the station, which made the whole trip so easy! We were met by the lovely Michael, who went through everything we needed to know about the house, and was always available by phone if we needed, which happily we didnt.
The house was extremely well equipped and modern, and the two little outside areas were perfect.
An extra bonus was the fabulous pub, 'The Earth and Stars', literally opposite, where we had the most amazing Sunday Roast.
All in all, a wonderful weekend. My first time in Brighton, but most definitely not my last!

The property was as described and of a high standard. It's location was perfect, easy walking distance to beach, shops and iconic Laines. We were 6 adults and 2 young children and the well equipped house met all our needs.
The only problem we had was that one of our party was allergic to the luxury feather pillows so we had to buy a suitable replacement from the nearby shops. A minor inconvenience. Michael, the property manager was very helpful on arrival, making sure we understood the entry doorpad and even the microwave.

The property was just as described with so much utensils etc in the kitchen, we had everything we needed and more. It was situated in just the right place, distance to all the places we were due to go, not very far. Ideally a map or welcome pack in the property would have been very helpful. But overall we had a very pleasant stay and was much room for 8 people

This was just what we needed. We were a group of ladies on our friends hen weekend. We were met by Michael, who was just great, informative and helpful. The house was clean, tidy and the beds were just perfect… never slept in such a comfy bed away from home !!! The location was perfect, no more than 10 mins from anywhere… would highly recommend this house… we will be back !!!

Seamless check in and check out helped by the fact that we were allowed to leave our cases. Both Tania and Michael couldn't be more helpful. Lovely house in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely lovely little house, clean and hygienic, well equipped and provided all the washing up liquid, hand soap, blankets, tin foil, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. that we needed for our stay. We were very happy with the location being right in the centre of town it is walkable to all the places we wanted to go to including restaurants, the Lanes and the pier; though at night it could get a little loud with the pub being right outside but wasn’t a problem for our group. Very cute outdoor spaces including the balcony with chairs on the top floor. Very happy with the property, thank you.

Excellent location and perfect for group bookings, only things that let it down were the scaffolding in the garden area and the change of check in time the day before (the cleaner also stayed another hour after the changed time!! So we couldn’t start setting up/decorating) However it was well equipped but a few smaller details were missed - a hand missing off the big clock, patches of paint pulled off etc, and the toilet door was broken so the guy had to be called back to fix it.
But overall a lovely house. Xx

Heart of the City
This lovely, light-filled home was the perfect spot for our family vacation. All that Brighton and the surrounding region has to offer is easily accessible by foot, bike, train or bus. Restaurants, pubs, parks, cafes and shops are right there, the house is literally in the midst of everything. The bedrooms are nicely sized, kitchen well-appointed and the outdoor patio and balcony on the 3rd floor are great. Our hosts made sure we enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed. I'd definitely stay here again.

Fantastic stay
This was the perfect holiday let for our stay in Brighton. Very central location, about 10 mins to the sea but the walk back can be a bit of killer as it’s up a hill. House beautiful inside, some blackout curtains would have been a bonus at the back of the property for sleeping. Very close to the lanes and lots of amenities.

Perfect house for a group stay
We stayed here as a group of 6 in April and the house was the perfect choice. Originally planned as a group of 8 which would have been perfectly fine too as there's loads of space! The house is really central, 5 minutes walk from the train station, 5 into town and about 10 to the beach. Absolutely loads of pubs, restaurants, cafes and shops within easy walking distance. The house is on a busy street but the top end of the road is blocked off so there are no cars driving past, and it's nice and quiet inside! Tania was available to contact on the day by phone, and we were met by Michael who showed us around and gave us some good tips and suggestions of places to eat/ drink. The front door uses a code for entry which is great as noone has to keep hold of the key! Inside is lovely, really clean and has everything you could need as well as some cute quirks like the wet room! Most of the rooms have single beds which is ideal for a group of friends - the beds and pillows are really comfy and there are loads of mirrors and hairdryers which was perfect for us! The terrace upstairs is a suntrap and great for morning coffee as there are loads of little birds that visit, and the outdoor courtyard was lovely for an evening drink and good for squirrel watching! I would definitely recommend this house, and will book again next time I'm in Brighton with friends.

Great place to stay in Brighton
With 4 bedrooms. 2 shower rooms and open plan kitchen dining and sitting room this is very comfortable accommodation for 6/7 people. Extremely well equipped with everything you need - home from home. Would definitely recommend. Thank you to Michael the house Manager for his friendly welcome and help throughout our weekend stay.

Perfect Location, great little find 💕
What a great little town house, very modern in style and decor and had all the amenities for a great staycay.
We were greeted on arrival by a very friendly and accommodating chap, the check in process was easy.
Location of the house is right in the heart of Brighton, 10 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes to the shops and all amenities.
Would definitely recommend and will be bookings again.
