I would recommend this to anyone. Do be aware that there are stairs, but Mehmet will help you with luggage. Very welcoming, water in the fridge and also youghurt. Snacks and power bars were on a small table that could fit four. Even fresh flowers. Comfortable queen bed and a nice little porch. Basic TV, but certainly good enough. Microwave and plates and cutlery were also there. Right on the bus line between Watertown and Harvard Square. And the owners could not be more helpful and accommodating.

This is located in a nice neighborhood of Watertown, which has good choice of cafes, bakeries and restaurants. If you want a clean place with all basic necessities you will not be disappointed. Overall, this is a good value considering easy access to tourist areas in Boston (by car) and free parking!

The owners, Mehmet and Talin, were extremely kind and hospitable. We weren't really on property much except to sleep, but everything was 100% as advertised and easy. We'll stay again (hopefully)! Aloha from Hawaii.

Exactly what we were looking for! The apartment was spacious and loved looking out on the balcony in the morning. When we come back to Watertown we will definitely try to stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay here— just perfect for our family of 4, lovely accommodations very close to some restaurants and near BU. We will definitely be staying here again on future visits to Boston.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious, just a short drive to Cambridge, and walking distance to several casual, good restaurants. Mehmet and his wife were very helpful and kind. As we were traveling with young children we had a few extra needs including needing to do a load of laundry and freeze an ice pack, which they graciously helped us with on short notice. We were very pleased with our stay and will certainly return if in the area again.

The space was perfect for my daughter and me who were traveling to the Boston area. Everything we needed was within walking distance or could be accessed by bus. Our hosts were delightful and could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

This suite was comfortable, clean, and just what we needed.

Our hosts were gracious and helpful. We felt very well cared for. The house is close to a main street for ease of travel, but it is very quiet. We were visiting our daughters in Cambridge, which was about a 20 minute drive. You will need a car if you stay in this house. They provide a microwave, coffee, snacks, a fridge full of juice, yogurt, and water as well as plates and silverware if you want to bring in your own dinner. I would recommend staying in this property.

We are so glad we stayed here. It was a lovely, quiet place to stay with lots of good restaurants right down the road. It had everything we needed and it was easy to get into Boston for the day via Uber and then come back to the peaceful, cozy place. I highly recommend this property and it's so reasonable. Mehmet was a super nice and available host. We enjoyed it thoroughly.

I was at Boston for a conference and stayed with the Kugus. It was a very quiet area and my suite had everything I needed and more. Very clean and could have fit more than myself. The hosts were very nice and warm and they checked on me daily to ask if everything was fine. The fridge had water, yoghurts and there was a microwave, coffee maker, cups and plates. It will be nice if the suite had a lock from within though, It'll probably help the psyche of the guests to feel they have control of their own security in some way. I'll definitely recommend this hosts and the suite, and will stay again if i return.

Wonderful place to stay. Pros: Adorable decor, comfy beds, clean bathroom, awesome deck/balcony. The hosts were kind and very very quick to reply with answers to questions. Free parking spot, WiFi and basic cable. The big bed is in the main room and the twin bed is in a separate bedroom which allows for some privacy if staying with 2 people. Cons: literally the only 2 cons were that you have to walk through their house to get to the unit and the lock situation is a bit odd. They do their best to minimize the awkwardness of walking through the house (you walk in the front doors and immediately up steps so it’s not like you have to walk through a kitchen or primary living space) but it still impacted my willingness to leave early or arrive home too late at night. Also, the unit uses a keyless knob with a code and does not have a lock from inside the actual rental. The first night I was staying in the unit alone and I certainly felt less safe since the owner obviously has the code to enter the unit. Even a simple slide-lock inside the room would have made a huge difference. I’m sure the owners are wonderful people but as a woman traveling solo, it doesn’t feel safe to stay in a place I don’t know without any ability to lock the door internally at night. Again, overall, the unit was PERFECT for us and I would definitely come back again!!

Easy access to mass transit that allowed us the best of both worlds touring Boston during the day and returning to peace and quiet at night. Watertown very close to Harvard Square and owners were so helpful in navigating us to all the best sightseeing opportunities. Appreciated walking distance proximity to variety of eating places and private balcony for morning coffee and very comfortable bed!

We loved our stay with Mehmet and Talin! They thought of every detail in their effort to make our stay comfortable and easy, and their home is beautiful and extremely well maintained. We'd had a difficult drive to Boston and were absolutely exhausted, so the quiet and peaceful suite provided to us was exactly what we needed. Everything was very clean and fresh, and lots of extras were waiting for us when we arrived. Another very helpful aspect was the fact that Mehmet answered our calls immediately when we needed to contact him, and was an invaluable help in finding our way around and helping us to figure out how to accomplish our goals. We highly recommend this option to anyone looking for a place to stay in Boston that is a step away from it's frenetic atmosphere and yet a brief walk away from charming bakeries and coffee shops. The studio is very conveniently located, near to Boston Common place and many good restaurants in Allston. It's more spacious than seen in the pictures with all one can expect from a high quality guest house. Mehmet, the owner is very nice and we were so happy to be there; it was such a great experience. We highly recommend this rental.
