The location is right by the Arsenal Mall area, which was great. Room was a great size, and I loved the layout. The mirror area outside the bathroom was great to get ready, because it had good lighting and an electrical outlet! So I could do my hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom.
Bed was very bouncy - could feel every movement of the other person.

Daily cleaning of the room didn't happen and the room did not have proper stocking of supplies, paper towels, dishwasher det., etc.
The lady over kitchen during the breakfast could have been much nicer and courteous.

Very comfortable and convenient for our trip. Oh and the decor throughout was phenomenal! I almost felt at home here.
Not the best view from our room and the big mirror on the bathroom door was filthy. We decided to clean it ourselves immediately.

Location, the staff, nice breakfast room, the atmosphere
One of the Managers, i won't mention his name, the way he treated the staff, and I asked about safe in the rooms, he gave me a Lecture, we a poise of superiority as if I was his Kid, my wife had to stop me for answering. Otherwise everything was very pleasant. I will stay at Marriott again

I did not like the parking fee on top of already paying a very high rate for the room. The parking lot was small with limited parking and to charge 29 extra dollars a night is ridiculous

The construction was going on Saturday morning when we were informed it was Monday through Friday. We were woken up early by pounding noises like a hammer or something. We had a late night ahead.

This property is fantastic. staff is wonderful. we started last year for the same event and had the same tour of room. works for our family, thankfully it has a kitchen so we don’t need to spend extra on food.
Bedding could be a bit better, woke up exhausted and stiff. but it isn’t my bed so I’m sure that’s the reason
