Le Barbizon a longtemps été l'une des meilleures alternatives hôtelières de South Beach et est parfaitement situé entre la 5ème et la 6ème rue, juste sur Ocean Drive.

L'un des appartements LES PLUS SILENCIEUX d'Ocean Drive.
Devant la porte d'entrée se trouvent les nombreux restaurants, bars et spectateurs qui font de South Beach l'un des endroits les plus désirables à visiter au monde. Et juste en face se trouve South Beach lui-même.
Le bâtiment lui-même est très bien entretenu, propre et sécurisé. Laveuse et sécheuse à pièces sont disponibles à chaque étage; et une réceptionniste est disponible pendant la journée du lundi au vendredi.
L'unité que je propose est au deuxième étage à l'arrière du bâtiment. Il est calme et lumineux, avec une vue vers l'ouest, un ciel bleu et quelques petits commerces sur la 6ème rue. Et avec son emplacement vers le coin de la 6e rue, il est également privé, de sorte que les clients peuvent laisser les rideaux ouverts et ne pas avoir à se soucier des voisins qui regardent l'unité.
Le studio comprend une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une télévision par câble, un CD / iPod / radio et toutes les petites choses qui rendent le voyage depuis la maison plus confortable. Micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, plats, tasses, ustensiles, etc.
Il y a 1 lit Queen et 1 canapé-lit.

Well lets start with the stove top that would not turn off , so we used the breaker, the toaster oven would not heat control, 1 see thru towel per person for the whole week, are you for real! bldg manager said for me to use the back stairs to take garbage out, so filthy, so filthy so filthy someone clean the stairs otherwise the location was great

The place was great, I'd definitely go back and also recommend it to friends. There was a stale cigarette smell coming from somewhere (the building's A.C.?), but after a couple of minutes it's unnoticeable. We also bought a lemon scented candle at the nearby CVS.
Nearby Puerto Sagua restaurant is a good place for breakfast and other times you don’t want to spend a lot on food.

Great little apartment right above the spot to be! If u don’t kind bass massaging you to sleep then this place is the place to be! 5-10 min walk to anywhere cuz ur smack dab in the middle of south beach!

The unit is very cute! All the basics you’ll need for a vacation in South Beach. The beach chairs and umbrella was a nice extra bonus. The location is fantastic with just a couple min walk to the beach. Lee is very responsive and answered any questions I had and made it very easy to check in and check out. The building is super quiet so when you want to get away from all the hustle and bustle you have a nice place to rest up for the next day, this place is great!

This place is awesome. Great location. Lee is an awesome host. I felt safe and it was very clean, had all I needed for the 5 nights I was here

Awesome stay!!!
The property was exactly like the photos! Great location, great price. The only thing was we had sort of a bug problem, but it wasn't enough to dissuade us from staying there again. Lee was amazing too and very easy to deal with. It's a no frill place that was PERFECT for us and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Visiting for vacation
This location is in walking distance of everything in South Beach and if it's too hot out, you can Uber anywhere. Nice apartment, has a fridge, microwave, and other amenities to be comfortable.

Super easy check in and secure access to the property. Lee responded immediately to any questions or needs. Staff was personable and friendly. Directly across from the beach access and just at the end of Ocean Dr, so the tourist area was close but still quiet at night. Would definitely recommend.

Fun Spot with Lots of Activity
Was a good location, very busy with tourists, beach and touristy restaurants etc. Unit itself was very nice and mostly quiet. Building was very low key but no issues. Lee was very responsive with my couple of questions. Its not fancy, but location very good and unit clean and comfortable. I was doing some work there during the day and was good for that as well.

A couple things that made me rate this place a four out of five stars, was the noise level and the cookware. The walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors and shooting coming from outside. So if you are looking for peace and quiet at night this may not be the place for you. As far as the cookware, I was a bit disappointed with it. Since we were staying for one week, we wanted a good kitchen that came with the right utensils and this place had old cookware and the knifes to chop food we’re rusted. Besides for that the kitchen was a perfect size for what we needed. I would also recommend getting hooks for the bathroom, there was limited space to hang up towels, along with counter space for the bathroom.
Overall, this place was cozy and perfect for two, just needs a little bit of updating. Thank you for the stay!

Relatively quiet 4 being in all the middle of the action.
Nice and airy studio. Plenty of room. The security guard holds the door open for you when u enter or leave the building. My only recommendations are a toaster, dish towels, some garbage bags. Thanks for a great stay
