Brilliant location in the middle of the art deco strip on ocean drive, has a restaurant below which serves lovely food and you can get a discount at.
We were near the lift/stairs which meant we got a bit more noise from other guests, air con very noisy

The location was amazing. The restaurant staff, especially Sandra, was very friendly and accommodating. The pizza was delicious
First I will say that the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The issues I have are with the room itself. The a/c unit was struggling and at one point it froze, so we had to shut it down and let it thaw out. It was in the 80s and humid outside. I cannot imagine how hot the rooms get in the middle of the summer. There were some issues with our tv which were quickly resolved but again we did not know that we had to ask for the Tv remote to access streaming channels. Our bed tilted towards the head of the bed which was odd. Otherwise it was comfortable as long as we used the pillows to offset the angle. There are definitely not enough outlets available in the room. I had to plug my phone in the bathroom to charge it. So I know that the building is historic but it definitely could use some updating. The housekeeper ran the vacuum late in the day and you could hear her speaking/yelling to someone while she worked.

The front desk guy was VERY helpful. He saw that I was on a knee scooter and told me about the time when he broke his ankle. He helped me on & off the elevator, made sure that I didn't need anything, and even checked in with me to see if I needed anything before his shift ended. I don't remember his name, but he definitely deserves "Employee of the Year." No one else at the hotel offered help. The only bad complaint was a couple on our floor was fighting in the hallway at 2am but the front desk was aware and handled the situation.
Restaurant/bar wasn't open. We had to go elsewhere for food.

It was across from the beach
No bar or room service as said, also I payed for my room on line when I arrived they said I had to pay more gave me trouble with paying cash had to pay 200 for incedentials cause I had cash but payed on line so I can use my cash for my trip…!

Location and beach were fantastic, room was a good size and felt comfortable. Staff very helpful especially Chris who checked us in and couldn't do enough for us and made us all feel really welcome during our stay.
Housekeeping should be checking under beds as we had a dried up bowl of pasta under our bed from a previous guest.

Great location right next to the beach and not to close to loud bars and clubs. Staff was very friendly specially Wes in reception. He was very helpful and professional. Our maid was also so sweet and friendly.
Valet parking worked very well.
We expected more for our money. When we came to our room our door was wide open. The floor was dirty. The bathroom was tiny and we only got two sets of towels when we were three people in the room.
The beds were squeaky. No bin in the room. You could hear everything going on in the hallway. Thankfully we were way down a long corridor and it was quite calm during our stay.
One day when we got back to our room our door was open and the same night our door just opened up by its self when we all had gone to bed so something was definitely wrong with the door.
The air conditioner was loud and we couldn’t keep it on during the night since the person sleeping next to it would have been frozen.
So to sum up.. staff was amazing. Our room was a huge disappointment.

The property is nice and well located. The staff is very nice.
The valet parking people didn’t answer for about 30 min, and the supervisor start arguing with me because we call them more than 6 times.

The close access to the beach, location is perfect. Literally 5 steps from a 24 hour CVS.
Outside of the hotel on Ocean Avenue gets a little crowded with a questionable demographic of individuals but that’s expected for the craziness of South Beach.
