No need to get in the car. This house is walking and biking distance to the Sea St and West Dennis beaches and numerous restaurants. A bike ride or short car ride to mini golf, kayaking/paddleboarding and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The house was well equipped for the humidity of the Cape, each room had an air conditioner and ceiling fan, awesome! We loved having both an outdoor and indoor shower. Amenities like a washer and dryer was super helpful. A bonus was the game room in the garage. It has been a very rainy summer so when outdoor activities were not possible, we could hang out and play ping pong and pool in the garage. Everything a family will need. Thank you for a great stay!

We had another nice stay set week! The house was exactly what was online and we love the location, garage, and good sized bedrooms. My only tip would be to add hooks in each bedroom (or over the closet hanging hooks) as there were 6 of us and nowhere to all hang our bath towels. I have to say the closets are a great size so you don’t have to step over suitcases or bags each day. We will be back next year!

Our family loves this house! We have stayed here many times, and it is perfect for adults and kids of all ages. There is plenty of room, and the game room in the garage is always a big hit. The house very well kept, and has everything we need. Already looking forward to next year!

My husband and I, our two grown kids and their significant others had a wonderful time during the Thanksgiving holiday we spent here. This place was dog friendly, and both kids have a dog, and we were able to walk them to the beach a few times, less than a mile away. The home gave us lots of room to spread out, play some games, and cook an entire holiday meal without being on top of each other. There was a great game room in the garage which we didn't use because it was a little too cold there, but if we rent again in the summer it would be a blast!
Thanks for having so many extras there that we didn't expect, like the lobster pot, all the lobster crackers and plenty of good pots and pans, casserole dishes, towels, as well as plates, glasses & silverware. We had a great time!!!!

From start to finish the process went very smoothly. The property was well represented in the listing, and it was accurate in reality. The accommodations were clean, up to date and perfect for the classic Cape Cod vacation. The amenities available were over and above most others. Very clean and modern. Great bathrooms! Pleased that every room had a window air conditioner (we had a very warm week). No dishwasher, though. And the nearest beach was almost a full mile away compared to the listing that said it was .5 miles away. That made it more difficult with a 3 yr. old in tow.

First family vacation with our almost 2 twins
Everything was perfect. My siblings all rented their own houses in town. The plan was to take turns hosting at night but once we saw the yard, fire pit and garage (playroom) we knew we would host most nights. It was great! Only downfall was the outside shower wasn’t hooked up but that won’t stop us as we are hoping to rent next year as well.

Wonderful
From the start the realtor/manager was a dream to work with. The location was in the middle of everything. Quiet neighborhood. House was nice and beds were comfortable. We had a couple issues with minor mechanical problems, but the realtor drove over that day to address and fixed it on the spot. Overall a very nice house and location.

Don't have a single complaint - the location was wonderful, the neighborhood very quiet, the property manager available & communicative. The game room was a huge score with our teens, as was the hammock and large yard! The house is comfy and very nicely decorated...tasteful but not pretentious. Just lovely! The beds were very comfortable, and having a washer & dryer available was a huge blessing. We'd stay there again without hesitation. :)

Great place to unwind in the cape with your pet
Our family of 4 plus two dogs had a wonderful time in the cottage. Situated in a nice neighborhood and with a sizable yard for the dogs (and humans) to stretch after each day's car rides. Nicely located so that the good (dog-friendly) beaches are not too far away. Did not use the amenities in the garage but looked fun. The property manager was very responsive and super helpful with instructions. Highly recommended.

Fall Family Get Away
We so enjoyed our stay here! The house was comfortable and plenty big enough for all 5 of us and our dog. The garage entertainment room was super! It allowed us to have some playing pool or pingpong (easy to switch between the 2 table tops) as well as some just lounging and watching the football game Sunday afternoon!
The location was just perfect for our plans - right in the middle of the Cape! We spent Saturday morning up at Race Point Beach area, then came back for lunch at the house, then off to Falmouth for the Cape Cod Winery Fall Festival!

Amazing property and outstanding owner
We stayed for a long weekend off season and we couldn’t of asked for a better house. It was perfect for our family of six.. my husband and I , our two younger boys (4 and 7) and our parents. It was the perfect location. Close enough to the beach (just a very quick drive) and close to all the activities of Dennisport but nicely tucked away in a quiet little area of the cape. Everything was well thought of and taken care of. And the garage conversion to a game / hang out space was absolutely ideal during the rainy times. We loved our stay and can’t wait to book there again!

Nice house, worth renting
Clean, well maintained and has everything we needed, as advertised. Back yard could use fence or plantings, not very private but neighbors we met were very nice. Last tenants left a little trash, minor issues. Maggie the realtor and Paul who does the lawn were very nice to deal with. Game garage a big plus! We'd rent it again, love the Cape.

The perfect place to be
This is an awesome property to rent for a big family or group of friends. The house has everything one needs. If you want to cook, there are ample of pots and pans and provisions available.
So many games for the teens and kids.
The highlight of our stay was the game room. It had everything one needs and can think of for entertainment.
There are beaches within walking/ biking limits. The neighborhood and neighbors and awesome! One of them offered us firewood and dropped it for us too.
Margaret was so prompt in responding and taking care of needs. She also let us late check out as there were no guests coming in that day.
The only glitch was no dishwasher but its negligible owing to other facilities available.
I would recommend this place to all. Will be booking this again soon.

Cape Cod Sojourn
The house was perfectly located for us and our pup and kids loved the yard. Being around the corner from Sundae School meant ice cream every day. We checked out a few nearby beaches after 5pm to avoid parking fees and Sea Street was the best. The realtor was very responsive, dropped off a beach umbrella for us and addressed a freezer issue quickly. We had a terrific time!

Convenient location close to a beach. Specious house on a large property. Two car garage converted to a lounge was a huge plus - our entire family enjoyed it very much. Margaret was very responsive and accommodating.

A good time
The checking time was very late due to previous renters. The cleaners were very nice though and we were able to utilize the outdoor fridge and game room.
The only disappointment was no dishwasher. I like to be able to sanitize the dishes and silverware. Also a bummer to have to wash dishes all the time. Nice house though.

The back of the home is perfect for a fire, and the game room looks as if it would be great, we really didn’t have time to use either as we had a graduation party & other family obligations to meet….but plan on it next year. Stayed here with family, there was 4 of us & there was plenty of room. Pretty much everything is there you need, just make sure to bring bed linings, or arrange for them to be there (as it clearly says in the instructions )Which leads me to my next point. Loved staying here again!
This is our favorite place to stay on the Cape! The house is always clean and ready when we arrive. The game room in the garage is perfect for teenagers and adults to hang out in. The property manager responds right away if you need anything or have any questions. It really is an ideal location for a family to stay. We can’t wait to come back next summer!
