A group of four ladies were attending a convention. This could not have been a better more perfect Rental. We were sad not to be able to use the game room, which is next level awesome and each of us said that we would definitely book that again My only concern was the neighborhood Our Uber driver told us that area used to be the slums Since there were several of us traveling around together, I felt safe but getting to the beautiful street of homes you did have to drive through a sketchy area

Wonderful home with all the appointments. The garage video game arcade was a nice surprise. The trains were loud the first night, but the noise machines and earplugs worked amazingly the following nights.

The home was absolutely beautiful! We came for the Pink concert, and couldn’t have be happier with the 20 minute walk to the Alamodome. We are more familiar with North Riverwalk, but loved the Lavaca neighborhood. Great walking neighborhood with fantastic restaurants to choose from. We did read the reviews that mentioned the train noise, but we turned on a pedestal fan that was left for us for white noise and didn’t hear anything! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the entire home was very well appointed—we lacked for nothing. Highly recommend!

My stay was great! However the cleanliness of the property was rated a bit low, there was leftover popcorn and chip crumbs from a previous renter on living room carpet, long hair on the couch that got stuck to me and my son, in the upstairs restroom there was hair and dirt lining the floor behind the door, hair on the master bath rug. We did forget to pack a few hygiene items however there wasnt a just in case you forgot basket i had to find a nearby walmart. Also the shampoos, body wash was a bit of the cheaper products. Other then those few things we enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

We loved this place. Beds comfortable, and house fit our family perfectly. There is a fun park in walking distance for those with kids.

Property is really nice, clean, and perfect for our stay. Convenient to Downtown and the Riverwalk. Would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the property manager who was very accommodating!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 women for our weekend get away. The location was great and the home is beautiful and well decorated. The only thing we had a problem with was two short legged women trying to get up into the king size bed in the master. We needed a step stool!! The bed was really comfortable but guess we just had a couple of shorter people. Maybe a little step stool would have helped :-).

This is a beautiful house well-located near the heart of San Antonio and all it has to offer. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive. Overall this lovely house was the same in-person as shown online. It even has arcade games in the garage. However, there were a couple disappointments worth mentioning: although it is advertised as sleeping 10, only three beds (which sleep two people each) are provided, leaving at least four guests with either the couch or an air mattress as their bed. Also, the house is located adjacent to a busy freeway and a train track, with trains blowing their whistle several times through the night, every night. The price is right, but the accommodations may not be... unless you don't mind using the earplugs provided in each bedroom; none were provided with the air mattress or couch.

Exactly as described online. Pictures don't do it justice. Very convenient locations. Property manager responded to all of our questions within minutes. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in close proximity to Riverwalk. Overall excellent experience. Thank you.

This property was amazing in many ways. The home is in a quiet safe neighborhood and in a great location. It’s minutes to all the attractions and restaurants in the downtown area. Our adult kids and grandkids enjoyed the game room and my husband and I loved the fireplace. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows to relax. We’ll definitely be back to this property.

We enjoyed an incredible stay. We rented a car and we’re able to drive all throughout San Antonio but found the most wonderful restaurants and breweries very close to the home.

The house was absolutely beautiful and we had an incredible experience! It was very cold when we went (November) and the fireplace was so perfect… we love that it was easy to turn on with a switch, gave off heat and was pretty to look at as we watched TV and cooked in the big, gorgeous kitchen. Everything was clean and comfy. All appliances were easy to use, and parking was easy. The host was a wonderful communicator and helped us prepare for our stay. We had our 20 month old with us and she slept so well in the big comfy crib provided! We were so grateful - it was the best she had slept on any vacation we’d ever been on. The neighborhood is really cute and peaceful but also minutes away from riverwalk and lots of great restaurants and things to do. Love the big master bedroom and bathroom with large tub. Overall it was perfect for our family! We highly recommend staying here!

Loved our stay! Very close to the riverwalk, alamo, and all the sights. Great communication with the property owner- house was clean and just as described. Traffic and train noise can be heard at Night, but you'll get that anywhere near all the sights.

Our family rented this property when we were visiting San Antonio to watch our son graduate from Lackland Air Force BMT (08/2022). It is a very nice place, and the beds were super comfortable! The home is very tastefully decorated and has all of the necessities of home.
Truthfully, the owner was very good at communicating with me, always responding within just a few minutes (seriously!). He made sure everything was perfect for our visit and thanked our son for his service several times. I have rented several places before, but this owner stood out for all of the right reasons!
The house is also within 20 minutes of the base, 7 minutes from the Riverwalk and other attractions, and just a few minutes from several places to eat in any direction. It was super easy to locate and my family all felt very safe there!
HIGHLY recommend this property to everyone!

Beautiful home, quiet neighborhood, amazing AC! We happened to visit during the hottest week ever and the AC was exceptional! Quick access to Riverwalk, & Alamo. We will be back during a cooler month and we will definitely book with Nathan again.

Clean and lovely
We came into town for the weekend to attend a concert at ATT. This property was a wonderful location in regards to the River Walk and the ATT stadium.
The house was clean and seemed new. Everything worked well, and we enjoyed our stay. Our host was super friendly and responsive.

Conference retreat!
Location was easy to get to and from the conference/convention center. Straightforward listing with great communication with the owner. Nicely remodeled home. Would stay there again!

Great house and great location!
Our family went down for our sons bootcamp graduation and Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for the 4 of us! It is as beautiful as in the pictures. Loved the open floor plan so I could cook Thanksgiving meal but still be a part of the conversations. Kitchen was well stocked too! The games in the garage were a nice surprise! Our adult sons even played football in the field behind the house. Owner responded to messages very quickly and made us feel at home. Couldn’t have picked a better place and would definitely rent it again if we come back to San Antonio!

Superior Comfort and Great Location
The owner replied immediately and helped us in any way he could. The property was beautiful, clean and comfortable! There were "extras" in supplies and snacks, felt at home as soon as we walked in. The location was great, close to restaurants, downtown and Riverwalk! Would definitely recommend this property. Thanks for the enjoyable stay!

Took the kids to SA for the weekend trip, had a blast. Awesome stay at a very nice and clean house.

Beautiful property, well stocked with everything you need. Location is perfect for quick drives in to the city for touristy things and restaurant hopping. Manager was easily accessible and a pleasure to interact with. Prompt and helpful. All in all we would recommend this house if your doing a weekend trip to SA, especially with kids.

Great house and great location.
The house is just as described. It is modern and clean. The owner had a all of the necessary extras you would expect. The location was convenient to downtown. We easily walked to the Alamo. There were quite a few nice restaurants close also. The highway did not bother any of us, but the train did wake the light sleeper of the bunch.

Great House in Perfect Location
We couldn’t have asked for a better location. Even though it is close to the freeway and you can hear quite a few trains it didn’t seem to bother us. Owner was also easy to communicate with. I would recommend this house to any friends who were heading to SA.
