The location is very convenient, near airport and major city points. Surprisingly very quiet. I also liked that there’s a washer & dryer in the lobby available to guest for an affordable price. Complimentary coffee 24hrs a day was good too.

Even though it’s supposed to be a 100% smoke free property the room we were given had a strong smoke sent. It was so bad we couldn’t stay there with the kids however, staff had no problem relocating us to another room. The new room we were given was much better but the AC quality was poor & we had a few hot nights that made it hard to sleep comfortably. Also, the bathroom has no exhaust fan and that was quite unpleasant as the rooms are small.

The uneducated staff seem to not understand there jobs. And stole my money and kicked me out after taking my payment. Which left me in a bad position. I will not refer a single sole to that facility. In fact anyone and everyone I can speak to I'm going to inform them of how I was treated.

Reception was great 👍 we came in at around 8 pm, and he treated us nicely and also talked Spanish. In less than 5 minutes, my room key was ready. And the cleanes of our bed was great white sheets were actually white!

That there was no pool. Also that my room was humid when we first arrived.

The room and reception area were clean. Very close to the airport. I knew a pet friendly room is usually a bit banged up so I didn't mind the areas in the room with some damage.

There were people smoking almost directly in front of my room door. At about 3am some people in the neighboring room starting yelling and fighting while outside our room,they were obviously drunk or on drugs. About an half an hour later a police car arrived and after more yelling and arguing my "neighbors" went to their room. At 7:30 a leaf blower started up also right outside our room door. What was supposed to be a night to rest in the middle of a long drive, was the opposite. Also, the restroom was so small you had to wedge yourself between the toilet and wall to try to close the bathroom door (it opened inward) a heavier person or an older person would definitely not been able to do this.

the first checking the front desk lady was very nice and calm

the housekeepers are rude as well they want to look crazy at you half of them don’t greet you rather they speak English or not you can still greet paying customers! they feel like that’s not apart of customer service! regardless of where I stay I never leave a room nasty I take trash out I gather all towels together before I check out of any stay but housekeeping will look at you like it’s nasty. i never complain but this is one two many times I have spent my money with this hotel to only be disappointed! my daughter were comfortable though very peaceful there
