Perfect vacation home! There was plenty of space, inside and outside, for two families of four, plus a grandma. Each family got their own indoor areas, including bathrooms and bedrooms. The pool in the backyard was amazing - heated, big enough for jumping, and even a pool gate for the three year old. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The house even came stocked with beach toys, which was basically across the street. Also, the hosts were incredibly easy to get in touch with throughout the booking and staying process. We loved every second we spent in this amazing place and will certainly book again in the future!

Overall a great place and location !

We had THE BEST family week together staying at Laurie and Jack’s property during the time that our son got married. The location was prime with the beach across the street, the pool in the backyard and so many other things that we didn’t even have time to explore! Our grandchildren were happy every second of our stay and our children such fun times together as well. Laurie and Jack were so accommodating and extremely responsive! Book this place for a memorable time….just not for the week that we want to come back!! Thank you!

This is a beautiful, clean home with an incredibly inviting back patio and pool. The short walk to the beach is an incredible plus. All the supplies you’ll need are provided: beach wagon, ironing board, complete kitchen full of equipment, pool toys, crib-you name it-it’s there!

Highly recommended! Super close to beach, great outdoor pool space, and well stocked with everything we needed for beach and cooking. Would definitely stay here again!

Great family retreat, 3 minutes from the beach (walking).

Our eight family members had lots of room in the house, walked over to the beach every day and spent evenings by the pool - hard to beat that.

This home had everything a family needs to reconnect and relax . Our hosts were very communicative and caring. Homeowner provided toddler gate around the pool as we had younger children with us. We all relaxed and had fun!

The house is lovely and the location couldn’t be better. So easy to get to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We had a wonderful time relaxing by the pool!

One of the things we look for in a vacation home is a seamless and smooth transition into the living environment. We like to feel that the home is open and welcoming to newcomers (like a hotel). We enjoyed our stay at your home for many reasons that include: Location (proximity to services such as beach, retail, restaurants, airports, etc.) Home features such as layout, # of rooms, house amenities (housewares, cleaning, beach supplies, bikes, etc.), interior furnishings (TVs, round dining table, lots of seating areas) Quick turnaround on responses and overall accessibility to you!

Everything was amazing, it's a dream stay on that place ,very quiet place ,acces to the beach in 3 min (just crossing the street),to end just try and enjoy a good vacation in this house and them left your 5 stars review like me . The house is clean and spacious enough to accommodate our whole family of 12 comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with essential appliances, dishes and silverware. We loved the patio and pool and spent many happy hours swimming and relaxing outside! Its location is perfect - just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Jack and Laurie were gracious hosts and were quick to respond to any queries. We loved this place and will definitely consider staying there again!

This is an excellent property with a great location. It’s less than 5 minutes walk to the public beach. The beach was not crowded even during the July 4th weekend. The house is stocked with all the essential kitchenware, which allowed us to cook a few meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the pool area to the fullest. They have quite a few pool toys that the kids loved. They also had enough beach towels for our group of 11 people. There were a few beach umbrellas, chairs, swim boards and a wagon to carry all of the materials to the beach. I have rented a few properties before, but this property tops the list. It is very spacious and felt like home.The house layout provides a nice balance between the private and shared areas. Overall we loved this place and will rent it again if we decide to visit this location. Laurie and Jacob are very gracious hosts and were quick to answer our messages. I would like to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our family reunion a very memorable experience!!

The house was wonderful. So many extras to make our stay comfortable. We couldn’t have asked for more perfect place or our family.

The location was perfect. Just steps from the beach and places to eat. The house had everything we needed for an awesome trip. The outdoor space was great for sunny afternoons and when it rained the inside easily fit three couples without feeling crowded at all.

Great home for family and friends either sporting tournaments or vacations. The home was as advertised on the listing. Jack was very helpful and always responsive if there was anything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if coming to the area. Highly recommend.

Great pool and outdoor space. Our kids had a great time. The house is large and perfect for multiple families. The location of the house is only a 2 min walk to quiet white sand beaches, and a short drive from grocery stores, cafes and restaurants. Would definitely rent this house again in the future.

Excellent very clean property with amazing owner experience

We spent five nights here over Thanksgiving week. It was a perfect house for our family. We used the pool everyday and loved sitting outside in the backyard. The house is literally one block away from the beach, so we also spent time there everyday. There are beach chairs, wagons and umbrellas too! The house is nicely decorated and has everything you need in the kitchen. The beds were comfortable, my kids enjoyed having TVs in their rooms (they don’t have them at home). We had a great time! First of all, I would like to thank the owners. My first sensations when I entered the house were of spaciousness, cleanliness, and beauty. The next morning we went for a morning warm-up at the ocean, which is 3 minutes from the home. The water in the ocean is very warm, the beach is like a private beach, with very few people. Neighbors, you can only dream of. I personally spent the day looking at the unusual design, fantastic architectural solution, and, of course, human capabilities:) Returning to the house, there is a fountain at the front that creates a spa and relaxation experience. When we entered the house, we were pleasantly surprised when we saw beautiful and comfortable furniture, sculptures, and design. The kitchen is very comfortable and you can cook everything for any gourmet meal. The kitchen has 2 refrigerators which are so good, all the necessary equipment, and dishes, so you don't have to think about anything. If you want to cook outdoors, the grill is worth it. Outdoors, the pool is always clean and warm. You get complete bliss when, after the ocean, you descend into a calm, warm pool. There is a shower near the pool to wash off the sand from the beach, and keep the pool clean. All beds have a magical attraction, as soon as you lay down you fall asleep. I highly recommend to insomniacs; the ocean, pool, hot shower, and 20 minutes of rest on magic beds help to restore your soul and rejuvenate your body, tested on me. What is also good, you do not need to carry a lot of clothes with you. You can always do laundry as there is a washer and dryer in the home. The house also has beach towels, everything you need for the beach and if you want to ride a bike they have 2 bikes. The house is clean, and tidy. The owners of the house strive to ensure their guests have a completely enjoyable, fun, amazing, and very comfortable vacation stay, which undoubtedly captivates. In my opinion, you will never get such space and freedom in a single house. The most important decision to rent a house for me was the importance of social distancing in such a difficult time, you feel comfortable and safe in this house. I am definitely returning back!

The house met all of our needs for this trip. Traveling as two families, the kitchen was really well-equipped with two fridges and lots of space. There were plenty of beach chairs, wagons, and toys for us to use, including umbrellas. The pool had nice seating and we enjoyed the use of the gas grill. We all enjoyed the pool frequently. It was a nice outlet for the kids when the weather was too bad for the beach. The beach is close and we had no problem finding plenty of space for our group. We had a great experience and would repeat if occasion allowed.

Stay was good. Construction next door which was loud everyday from 8 to 3pm so a little tough to enjoy the pool but no fault of owner. House was beautiful and had many little things there that you may otherwise have to purchase!
