good for family vacation in Florida

The house has a great waterfront position with a beautifully updated and spacious deck - terrific for relaxing outside! The bedrooms all have ensuites and are very comfortable. While there are 6 bedrooms, we only needed 4, which worked out well as we could skip the smallest and the twin room! We really enjoyed our stay!

We booked this house for our annual girls trip. The view was amazing and the pool was heated! We found that the cleaning people could have done a better job cleaning the floors. We were walking around barefoot in the house and our feet were black on the bottom. Some of the ladies complained about the beds were not comfortable and some of the rooms could use a dresser to store their clothing for the week. Overall we had a great time and would rent this house again. The property manager Kevin was very responsive.

The property is in disrepair. It needs a lot of love to make it worth the price tag. It was musty and dirty and there was damage to almost every room in the house. The shelves in the fridge were broken. There was no dresser in the master bedroom or double bed bedroom to put clothes away. There was also a random bandaid stuck to the ceiling. It would be perfect for a bachelor party but for a young family for a week, we found ourselves disappointed. The location on the water is the one redeeming quality of this house. The neighborhood was also not what we expected. Pawn shops dollar stores and weed stores were the closest retailers. The ac also stopped working while we were there. They sent a repair man out the next day.

We loved our recent stay at this place. Several couples stayed here to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The house has plenty of room for all copues to have their own bed/bath and the outside deck is just great - It's where we spent most of our time - heated pool was great and its so close to the beach and restaurants.

The location is perfect, but the property needs serious maintenance. It rained during our stay, and every single sliding door leaked significantly with pooling water across the majority of the main living area.

The house was so spacious. It has a nice gathering area for when we all wanted to be together but privacy when we needed it as well. The fact that each bedroom has its own bathroom was such a great added bonus. And the view of the intracoastal was so beautiful and relaxing. The sunrise pictures I captured will be printed on canvass for my office! I'm always so appreciative of people who open their homes to less fortunate who can only afford a place like this for one week out of the year!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

6 ladies all mid 70's just returned from this property. We were very excited by the pictures and the description thinking we had found the perfect spot for our annual trip, but were pretty disappointed when we saw the actual home. The pictures must be more than a decade old, many of the the beds were not the least bit comfortable, the furniture in the living room and the deck was not what was pictured, and the deck was a hot mess, not to mention, dangerous with popped-up nails and weak boards causing some stubbed toes and a few tripping incidents. Having a pool was a wonderful plus, but it does need work to bring it up to what it should be. The deck railing was broken down and the gate to the stairs down to the dock was gone from the hinges. The screen doors were all missing and a few were lying on the deck and the rest appeared to be with other trash from the home in the weeds by the deck. We found mold around many of the exterior doors and the ceiling fans in 2 of the bedrooms were unbalanced and clanged loudly making them unusable at night. It should be noted there is no garbage disposal in the home somewhere before someone assumes there is one. We did have the main AC unit go out and it got up to the mid 80's in parts of the home, but that was fixed within 24 hours thankfully as the heat index was pushing 100 every day. The location was great and the view was beyond wonderful and relaxing! This could be a most amazing property with upgrading and TLC ~

This house was perfect for our family. Six bedrooms and six baths! Doesn't get any better than that. Our parents had their own bed and bathroom, we had ours, my two daughters shared a room with their own bath, my two sons each had a room and bath and there was 1 rxtra bed and bath. The house was well equipped with everything you would need. Especially, the kitchen. The location was also perfect. Close to shopping and right on the water. Our kids had the best time in the pool and fishing right off of the deck. And, us grown ups really enjoyed the tiki hut. I would definitely stay at this house again.

This house is perfectly situated for a family or group of friends wanting easy access for boating, fishing or just amazing views of the waterway. We have family in the area who own boats, the long dock made it easy for them to come and pick us up, dock and visit. Never left the home by car. Beautiful breeze even in the height of the summer, all bedrooms have their own bath, nice living space and a huge deck around the pool with lots of seating. House was well equipped, did not need anything to enjoy cooking out, making breakfast, etc.

Nice property for a large family vacation. The house is in a secluded area on the water. Close to beaches. Property managers were friendly and responsive. The house has beach supplies provided which is extremely helpful. A couple things in house needed updating - like towel racks. But overall loved our stay at this house!

This backyard was supassed my expectations. Bathrooms were brand new and fabulous. New beds would make this even better!

Lovely view on the Intercoastal Waterway. The house has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that are relatively new. The living room is a good size. There is a very large table in the dining area that comfortably sat our party of 8 adults. The kitchen is small but functional. The outside space is nice with good tables, chairs and lounges. The pool, above ground and sunk into the raised deck, is heated and beautifully clean. The grill and tiki area are clean and very pleasant. There are four parking spaces for smallish cars.

Amazing location and house, perfect for our group. Other than the deck boards, as mentioned in other reviews, the house was great!

At end of quiet street on intercoastal with great view of boats going by from pool and Tiki Hut. Hosted 11 family members in 6 BR each with own BA (big win). Kitchen and Family room good size and appointed. Had great time. Condition issues included: loose railing and brick on stoop, curtain and towel bars pulled out, missing smoke detectors, cracked bedframe, loose wire at outlet, multiple burned out lights, broken umbrella, and misaligned shower door. Gino was quick to have Kevin and an electrician come out and over 3 hours addressed the punch list on day 1. We then relaxed and enjoyed the property. Thank you Gino and Kevin for the getting this work done.

Property met description, everything was well maintained and great for families or groups or friends

The house was clean and the number of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our family. The waterfront location was great for fishing and kayaking. The owner was quick to reply if we had a question. The outdoor deck could use some TLC but overall a great week!

Great house - definitely perfect for family gathering giving everyone their own space. Sliders to pool deck were in rough shape & the deck is unsafe - loose/rotten boards all over. That being said I would stay here again!!

We attended a conference in West Palm Beach and it was fantastic to have a getaway to retreat to at the end of each day. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was a big plus for a group of unrelated (non-family) adults sharing space. The bathrooms were updated and modern, but parts of the rest of the house were showing their age. Hosts did their best to respond to any concerns we raised.

It’s a good size house and every room has its own bathroom. The house photographs better then it presents itself life. It’s got some wear and tear, so if your ok with that then you should be fine. Silverware and plates were hard to clean as the kitchen sink had no hot water. If your looking for a place on the water for a good prices this house is great, just needs a little TLC all around.

We were here to attend a family wedding so having a comfortable home to spend our extra days was important to us. This house had the most important things we were looking for: great inter coastal water view, nice size pool, tiki hut for shade and really important: en suite bathrooms for each bedroom. Compact and comfortable!

We rented this house so family members could celebrate Mom’s 80th Birthday, it was perfect. Mom had the first floor master, very convenient and Mom enjoyed rolling over in bed to enjoy the sunrises. I had the upper master bedroom, views were great. Everyone loved having their own space. The deck was awesome, views incredible, but very hot until sun dipped behind the house. Tiki hut on deck is water tight, good thing since we had a lot of rain in the afternoons- typical Florida weather. Pool was nice but a little hard to get in and out of for the older folks. Denise and Kevin were super helpful and responded quickly to any questions or needs that we had. House had everything we needed. Unfortunately, while on vacation we had to extend our time in Florida due to unexpected family emergency. Denise was so helpful and accommodating., easing the stress for my family. We will definitely rent this house again.

The house was perfectly located on the water, however, the house needs a lot of updating. The furniture is broken, one shower leaked, he pillows were flat. The online listing photos are not an accurate depiction of the current state of the house.

This house was wonderfully located on the canal and had an amazing view. The house has a huge amount of space with 6 bedrooms, so more than enough for the four couples we had. Views from the house were really good. Parking was a little cramped, but not too bad. The house itself however, had a few issues. Toilet seats were hanging by a thread, bars stools were not fit to sit on and an outdoor chair all of a sudden broke while my not large husband was sitting in it. Also wifi was impossible to get onto. Only 1 key was left under the front door mat, which was a little weird. Kevin answered my text pretty quick, and replacement outdoor chairs were brought to the house, but the broken one was left there along with other rickety chairs that were replaced. Wifi couldn't be worked on until Thursday and we were leaving Saturday. Beds were not very comfortable and it's past time to change the linens. Half of the rooms did not have smoke detectors, just wires hanging out of the wall. One pillow was stained really badly. We made the best and had a good time, but this place could be a stellar place to stay with the location. Just needs some major updating and replacements.

Great location on the waterfront, nice views and close to many beaches in west palm beach . It’s an older home with fully updated kitchen and bathroom. Amazing deck and the pool was just perfect for our family with kids under 8 ! Tikki bar with the hammock was a big plus too - Managers are very responsive, we had some issues with the downstairs AC that was fixed the same day. The wifi did not work during our stay.

Immaculately clean home with everything you need at your fingertips. You really don't have to leave the property. Pool, deck with tiki bar and grill (two tanks of propane), beach chairs, pool toys- just a wonderful escape.

Scenic location on the intracoastal waterway. Plenty big for the 3 adult child couples and us. Enough room to maintain our space while enjoying our time together. The BBQ, Tiki Hut and hammock were nice bonuses. as were the chairs to take to the beach. The kids used the kayaks and stand up paddleboard on the intracoastal. Only issue—-could have used more glasses, plates, etc for the size of the group. Overall, a great stay that I would do again.

This is a great property, but the condition is less than desirable. The floors were very dirty. (Our socks were black). The clothes dryer did not work well and screeched loudly. The condition of the furniture was poor. Some of the mattresses sagged in the middle, but some were good. The exterior needed lots of fix ups. We really enjoyed the activity on the waterfront. Loved the location, but we will look for a different house next time.
