Чисто, тепло, хороший ремонт, на телек со смартфона получилось транслировать фильм, возле дома магазин продуктов, чуть дальше красивый парк, в целом довольно неплохо за исключением описанных моментов.

Отсутствие ночного света/светильника; сковородка ну очень не хорошая; довольно быстро заканчивается вода в бойлере(ванная есть, но набрать невозможно, только душ); были чашки, но не было стаканов, бокал был только один; нет микроволновки, но есть духовка; дом новый, порой ещё слышны звуки ремонта.

clean apartment , nice location near park and owner is polite , if alone not with family and don’t have car , I advise you with this apartment

Very good but location far from kive center

New apartment in new building,nice decoration and for 2 persons excellent size,14th floor,basic equipment in kitchen but we didn't cook,beautifull view, we had our own transport and it was not a problem to get to city center

Due to work in progress inside building there was few times power shortages and once eleveators didn't work for few hours so had to use steps to 14th floor. Morning wake up from drills and construction works in neighboring apartment. Check in was not so easy as we didn't see building numbers so wait in front of wrong one then meet host in front correct one where they have office and had to move few hundred meters till building where apartment is located.English is not widely spoken in Kiev...
