Apartment was excellent, clean, modern, great bathroom, with towels and toiletries, cleaned daily, mini bar available. So quiet Location good, 10 min walk to pier and grand canal Excellent price on booking.com. booked well in advance.

Lovely accommodation which was handy to our bus & train connections as well as close to the vibrant city centre.

It was just a little confusing to find & get into our accommodation.

We stayed in a suite and it was fantastic! Decoration, beds, bathrooms, everything great and very quiet.

I appreciated the cleanlisess and the welcome voucher for breakfast. The position is nice, near the very centre of the city. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby.

The parking. On Booking.com the Aparthotel is advertised differently. I specifically chose this hotel because of the parking, but at the arrival I discovered that there is not a reserved parking for the guests. Of course I understand that there aren't many parking lots in the city, but it would be better to give clearer information on your page. Not being able to find easy parking after a long journey by car is rather a disappointment.

Very clean and modern. We had adjoining rooms, one with a kitchenette. Double glazed windows kept out the noise with good air/con. Trieste 411 occupied 2 levels of the building, with a lift.

Most unusual, the receptionist was only present in the building between 8am and 4pm and because the bedroom doors were self closing and locking, we found ourselves locked out soon after she'd left the premises on the first day. We rang the emergency number and she gave complicated instructions over the phone to locate a spare set of keys. Hardly convenient or welcoming! The walk to the centre of Trieste was longer than I expected. On our departure we recommended the addition of a microwave in the kitchenette, much more useful to the traveller than a dishwasher.

Location - 5 minutes from train station, 5 minutes from town center. Bed was firm. Air conditioned and it worked well. staff were friendly and very helpful. Modern furnishings, great shower (FYI no tub) and bathroom.

Minor point - it wasn't entirely clear how to get into the building when first arriving. But it is easy enough once you know. Also, not a lot of room for luggage- would have been cramped for two people.

A little confusing how to get to the reception part. But all I needed to do was call and they answered and helped straight away.

The rooms are super clean and smell so nice. Staff are wonderful. Location is great. I also loved the fact that they have 4 pillows, two of which are memory foam, was great for my bad neck.

My only negative is that the rooms are very small and only two rooms have a kitchen. Also the breakfast tray consists of nescafe, tea bags and two wafers which I never used. I was honestly hoping for fresh italian coffee and croissants..yumm!!!
