This was a great choice for anyone wanting to stay in Trieste especially if you'd like to have a kitchen. The building had historic details and charm, the staff was available and helpful, there is a good elevator for taking up your luggage, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was excellent -- central and accessible but also very quiet.

I returned on my way back from Rovinj, Croatia for just one night on my way back to the UK by train. The welcome at reception was as friendly as on my outward trip 2 weeks ago. Friendly, accommodating and helpful My apartment was smaller but just as well equipped .... cheaper ofcourse. The location of an Aldi and Conad supermarket very close makes self catering easy but there are a wealth of different types of bars, bistros and restaurants a macelleria and bakery nearby. 12 mins walk from the bus/train stn Highly recommended but save a place for me

When we enquire about the Air conditioning system we were informed it was turned off as other guests said it was cold. To open the window to cool the room down. No top sheet duvet too warm for us.

It was exactly what we needed for family of 4. The place has absolutely everything you would have at home. It made it so easy for me. Had everything in the kitchen, the beds were very comfortable, sheets sooooo crispy. We were extremely pleased with the apartment. Location is also perfect. 5 min from the sea side and lots of restaurants and coffee shops to choose from. The staff was very pleasant. If we will come back to Trieste we will definitely use same place

Everything was great, the apartment is modern and new, spacious, comfortable and clean. We were there only one night and did not have chance to use all te amenities in the room, but it is fully equipped for longer stays (fully equipped kitchen with all necessary accessories, refrigerator, washing machine, TV, closets, dining table, good internet connection etc.). The staff is very polite and helpful. For those of you coming by car, there is a place (marked yellow) directly in front of the building where you can leave car for approx. 20-30mins, which is more than enough to carry the baggage in and out (just let the staff at the reception know the car is yours). There will be a road sign that says you cannot turn right to that street where the building is located, but as a guest you are allowed to turn there, don't circle around looking for a place to stop by like we did...:-) For permanent parking you will need to look somewhere else (blue parking lots all around the city paid hourly or garages etc.), but just ask the staff at the reception, they will explain everything to you, and give you the map. Location is great, you are in the center of the city, with all relevant sights a walk away.

Only one minor thing - the ventilation fan in the bathroom was a little bit noisy and can be annoying. It turns on whenever you turn on the main bathroom light and stops working some time after (a minute or so) the light is switched off. You can "override" this by using mirror light instead of main bathroom light...:-)

This place is fabulous. The manager clearly understands what travelers in rental apartments need. An impressive eye for detail. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate. II love this place!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean and Amanda at the Lobby was extremely friendly and helpful in finding parking space and restaurants. We recommend this Apartment Hotel.

Parking in Triest is a challenge. We parked at a Parking Garage Foro Ulpiano. We got discounted rates for 14 € /Day when we checked in at the Apartment.
