the room was hot when they got there. didn’t even have the AC turned on and it was 100 degrees outside. there were cob webs all over the place like it hadn’t even been cleaned and mold around the bathroom toilet and tub. I refused to stay there with my family. it was disgusting.

well where do I start, I spoke to the lady at the reception to confirm if the rooms are remodelled and cleaned. I was promised the rooms are nice and clean and also remodelled. The bathroom was worn out and curtain was gross, I called front desk and they said they had the remodelling due to busy business season. i requested for a better room but guess what the answer was, all the rooms are same!!! They charged me nearly $120.00 for the room which I would get at a big name hotels as well! We never requested a wake up call but we still get a call at 9 to wake up and get a call again at 10:48 to tell us to vacate the room as it was 11:00am, I confronted the lady on the phone and said we checked in really late at night (around 2am) so an Indian lady (Bhumika) advised it was ok if we were 10-15mins late. I ended up booking another hotel room just to take a proper shower as I just couldn’t step in that ugly bathroom

Where to start... I'll just compile a list 1. Musty smell 2. Large areas of nasty, dirty, stained carpet 3. Pieces of random trash on floor, you could tell that the room hadn't been properly vacuumed 4. Dirty shoe prints in bathroom which shows it had not been properly cleaned or mopped 5. Not only was there shoe prints in bathroom there was hair on floor 6. The bath tub looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS. 7. There was a roll of toilet paper behind bathroom door which tells me bathroom wasn't properly cleaned, swept or mopped 8. There was a huge hole in the sheet on one of the beds that was too big to miss. 9. Visible stains on bedskirt 10. Stains on blankets and pillows I checked in at the front desk, went straight to the room (room 106) inspected it, took pictures & went straight to the front desk to complain.. I am 36 years old and this was thee nastiest motel I've ever seen in my life. The pictures online DO NOT match what it's like in person. The pictures online must be from when they first opened. I don't understand how a motel can offer this room and expect people to pay money for it! The guy at the front desk was less then helpful. Insisted he couldn't give a refund and that I would have to go through booking.com since that's where I booked through. So I left super aggravated. It was late at night so me and my husband and kids was forced to drive to another motel where I didn't use booking.com... It's even got me questioning whether or not to book with booking.com ever again.

No breakfast due to COVID. The vending machines and washing machine was out of order.

I like the location in which it is located. I also like the fact that their housekeeping serive was very accomidating and nice. The room is very nice and clean. That being said, our stay was very comfortable and suiting to our needs.

I do not like the how rude one of the workers were but I am not going to disclose her name due to the fact she may have had a bad day/night. I also did not like that breakfast was unavailable due to every other hotel providing it.

Quality of room was excellent. Neighboring room were a little loud but other than that it's was great!

The price was great compared to other hotels that were just accross the street. Room was spacious and had a large TV. Beds was very comforable

Small parking lot, would be hard to get around if had a trailer or bigger vehicle. Outside room entrance that some may not like, but a plus was we could park right out side our door.
