Was one of the only ones in town that accepted pets
Drive way is very steep and nearly took off my bumper door was jammed and had to muscle my way in and was pretty much painted shut breakfast was very small and there's brown water when you turn on the shower
3.2
the location and price were good
thin towels and water pressure wasn’t great
3.2
Right off the road
Sink drain not connected. Old door used with no deadbolt. No TV signal. Room didn't have the best ventilation
3.2
Close to highway
The refrigerator made a noise all night. I didn’t know where it was coming from until the morning . Breakfast didn’t look appealing.
3.2
convenient
smelled

right off 85
room smelled, no coffee anywhere, and wifi didn’t work
3.2
location.
the breakfast was HORRIBLE. they only offered cereal, toast & little Debbie’s honey buns. I stayed there for the free breakfast option, but I won’t make that mistake again.
3.2
Staff was very friendly. Towels were soft.
Pool was disgusting even though it’s winter, they should still keep it up for appearances. we have a pool and it doesn’t cost that much to keep it up during the winter months. The water was barely lukewarm, we had to use straight hot water to shower and it was just lukewarm. Walls were nasty with things spilled down them. Wallpaper is peeling in numerous places, holes in the wall behind the door.
3.2
Clean. Great value. Good location
Not much to choose for breakfast
3.2
It was a place to stop after driving all day, nothing more then that.
Reserved a room and first impression was awful. The room was so hot. It hadn’t even been turned on and the ac was questionable and hardly worked. We arrived in the evening so it made relaxing hard. There was a dead dehydrated bug on our bed, thankfully we brought our own blankets. Everything seems very outdated and could use some TLC.
3.2
friendly staff and great location
outdated

It was clean and a good value. The lady working at night was great at check in.
It was a little outdated (more of an 80’s look) and could use some sprucing up.
3.2
good vibes
3.2
Close to highway. Friendly front desk staff.
Room felt old, and even though we didn't see dirt, it did not feel or smell clean. Motel style and the door was drafty so the cigarette smoke from person smoking outside came in our room. Advertised free breakfast was only a banana and coffee due to "COVID".
3.2
clean
the heater/Ac units controls did not work, a lamp was broken and hanging by a rubber band and the sink drain did not work
skimpy towels and blankets
3.2
I have family in Calhoun and stay at this motel often. Always a great experience!
3.2
they have a spacious yard area behind the hotel you can take your dog too and the hotel is right off the interstate
our room smelled like cigarettes, the sheets were stained, the carpeted floors were sticky, there was an old brown wet cigarette in the bathroom near the shower head, the lights are so dim you can’t even tell you have the lights on in the room.
3.2
locaton was good close to places to eat.
they had no breakfsat no coffee elevator was a little ruff front desk person was never at desk

Clean and friendly staff

Friendly staff. We arrived at midnight and Madeline was greeting us with a smile!
We were re-routed 3 times by Mapquest. Our first directions were correct, but as we exited the Interstate we were told to get back on the interstate and go the opposite direction! I eventually called the motel and Madeline gave me directions.
3.2
The lady that checked us in was super sweet.
No breakfast. Microwave dirty. Bedding and towels were scratchy
3.2
Beds were comfortable
The shower curtain was ready to fall off and there were a lot of flys in the room. Breakfast was a total joke
3.2
The rooms were what I called cozy, the staff is friendly and they have a swimming pool
Location, unless you like being secluded
3.2
Great location near the highway and good for sleeping and showering.
It's very old and needs updating. The air conditioner wasn't working that well nor did the hair dryer work. They also advertise breakfast yet all they offered was coffee and a sweet roll.
3.2
The owner, the pool and the staff. The owner takes the time out to ask his guest questions about their stay to assure his or her comfort. The pool speaks for itself 🙂... and last but not least; the staff was efficient and kind.
The location, unless you like to be...how can I put it...ducted off . No near by restaurants or competing hotels. And the hotels parking lot is to small for the volume of cars and customers that flood in on the weekends.
3.2
Friendly staff
Cleaner bathroom, there was makeup on one of the hand towels and hair in the shower.
3.2
The property is dated but clean and well maintained. Everything was in order upon arrival. This is a convenient stopping point between the Midwest and Florida in order to break up the drive into two days.
I had no complaints with my stay
