The overall experience was very good

The entire office staff was great. We loved the location and our oceanfront view/balcony.

Very nice property right on the ocean. They must’ve gotten new furniture which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay again.

Everything was great! We could walk to restaurants. Room and the beach were both perfect.

This was our first time visiting St Pete and it was amazing! Caprice resort was an amazing place to stay at. Just perfect for families. Great location also! Enjoyed it very much!

We had a great experience! The property was clean and was accurate to the photos on line. The view from our deck was spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! We enjoyed exploring lots of restaurants and street markets. Grocery and liquor were close by, and the local comedy club was a fun night out. We would definitely return.

Ever want to run away? We did! 3 mamas ran away for the wknd, and this place was PERFECT. We had plenty of room, on the beach, relaxing pool, clean, low key, EXCELLENT staff (leeann and jon if my memory is correct? We will seriously be back, large in part bc of them! ). A few minor things (could use a little paint, new furniture, etc.) But for a rental? It works!!! Thanks for letting us make memories in your unit while we ran away from our responsibilities and we were able to relax! Beach, books, booze, rinse, repeat!

Our family enjoyed this location and would stay here again. Nice location on the beach and great location for short travel distance for anywhere you would like to go in St. Pete.

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. So close to the beach and restaurants/stores. We did have an issue with the cable company coming and not installing what they needed to properly so we had 3 days where staff were in our room and one day without cable. We would have appreciated the work being done prior to or after our stay. Being woken up early on vacation is not enjoyable!

This is a great property--the accommodations were great, the location was perfect for the beach and walking to restaurants/shopping, the kitchen was fully outfitted. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for a long weekend and really enjoyed the property and location. The beach was wonderful and resteraunts were within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

This place was very nice, clean, well equipped, and great location! We had such a beautiful view of the beach and can't wait to return!

The property was very clean and had almost all of the amenities that we needed. The corner unit came with an amazing view and a larger balcony then most units. The only thing else that would have been nice to have would be a few beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to rent those but the property manager had a brochure of a good place to rent. It was a little costly to rent for just the weekend but the chairs and umbrellas came in handy. Also, a washer and dryer in the unit would have been nice but don't not where the owners could have put them. There are coin operated ones on sight though. The St. Pete area is a bit congested especially with all the high rise condos around but our beach in front of the unit wasn't too bad even for a weekend. The pool was also nice. I would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay.

Our stay at The Caprice #107 was fantastic! The location of the unit in relation to the beach was perfect - the view is stunning. The condo is furnished with all you need for a great getaway - I highly recommend it.

The price of the room was to expensive for it to not have a washer and dryer. The TV could have been a higher quality.

We came down to get married on the beach & everything was beautiful! Our unit (#107) was located in the corner, nicely furnished, & just a few steps from the beach! Had a great view also! We arrived after office hours & called the number as instructed per office door sign, however, it took 3 calls before we got an answer--that is the only 'negative' of our whole trip!

Great views and great access to beach. Very clean inside and out.

Exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of room. End unit close to stairwell made it easy to access the beach. The only downfall is there is no outside shower on this side to clean sand from feet. Looking forward to renting again next summer.

Second time at Caprice Condo 107. Couch and Love seat slightly dated. Twin beds in second bedroom hard and uncomfortable. Love the location and the corner condo. Parking easy in and out. Perfect park and walk vacation. Restaurants, bars and nightclubs short walk. Good cookware and dishes. Grills outside really nice.

My son and his wife and daughter and myself had a wonderful time We really enjoyed the privacy of ypur corner unit. The condo had everything we needed and the beach is perfect. Their was construction. The first couple of days which started early but at the beach you could not hear it. Thanks you for shari g your condo. Carol Hahn

Lovely, squeaky clean condo, great views, quiet inside and out. We were very glad we picked this for a 4-day stay for a family wedding on the beach at the Grand Plaza Hotel

Enjoyed rental and location

Great Condo overall. Clean, updated and good floor plan. Furniture very nice. Beds comfy (important), well stocked kitchen accessories. Easy move in and out. On end of building so limited neighbors. Good view of beach and sun deck. Around the corner from pool so little to no pool noise. Couple little downers - old fashioned keys to access unit and gates pain in the butt. No laundry in unit and the complex laundry in high demand (inconvenient) . $2.00 per load quarters only and on other floors. Plan accordingly and not a big deal. Overall loved the condo and will return ASAP when traveling to St. Pete’s!!!!
