South Seas Beach Villa 2313 est un condominium de vacances luxueux et très joliment rénové situé dans le complexe de villas de South Seas Island Resort. Notre copropriété spacieuse comprenant une chambre et une salle de bain comprend un très grand lit king-size dans la chambre et un canapé-lit queen-size. Il y a une cuisine complète, salon avec grande télévision à écran plat et une véranda privée projetée pour profiter d'une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée. La vue directe sur la plage donne sur le golfe du Mexique et la piscine. Bien que vous n’ayez pas accès aux commodités du complexe, vous avez toujours accès aux piscines de l’association, au tennis (payant), aux barbecues et à la plage. Nous incluons des chaises de plage, un parasol et des serviettes de plage. Everything was as described and more! The unit felt like home. We had everything we needed including a blender! The view was spectacular, the ospreys, the iguanas and the dolphins were all amazing. Our family rented 4 different units. We met here for a reunion, and it was absolutely wonderful. Thank you for sharing you're home! My husband says you should add a "sixth star"...we loved it here and hope to come back again! Highly recommend. We ate twice at Green Flash, the blackened grouper is superb! We also ate at Mucky Duck and the outdoor entertainment was wonderful! The beach is just wonderful. Watched dolphins from the far beach at very end between Captiva and North Captiva Island and they also swam by us in front of unit. Took dolphin cruise and the dolphins 🐬 sure entertained us!!!! Thank you, thank you!

The condo was in a great location with a great view. We had three issues. 1. They didn't have the right door code in so we were locked out when we arrived late because of cancelled flight. 2. The mattresses where very uncomfortable. 3. They had restrictions on the air conditioner temperature, which made sleeping uncomfortable. We didn't know about the temperature restriction until the day before we arrived.

The condo is clean and extremely comfortable. We brought items for breakfast and lunch in a cooler and dined at local eateries for dinner but appeared to have everything you would need if you were to cook. They have a cooler on wheels and chairs for the beach on the lanai for use. The pool is right behind the unit and then a short walk on the deck to the beach. That is the best part, private beach not crowded and just so relaxing. We loved our stay!

My husband and I were visiting Sanibel/Captiva for the first time. We stayed on Captiva and were not disappointed. The condo was conveniently located near restaurants, golf cart rentals, and a small grocery store. This is the cleaniest VRBO I've every stayed at. I'm allergic to dust, no dust here. The elevator is out of order and there's maintenance going on due to hurricane Ian devastation, but it didn't affect our stay at all. There's no construction noise and if you're concerned about the elevator, don't be, it's one short flight of stairs and your at the door. The beach is private and not over crowded. If you're looking to relax, this is the place. I do wish we would have gone grocery shopping for breakfast and lunch in, instead we dined out for every meal and it was expensive. Of course I want to help the local businesses rebuild, but should have planned for a few meals at the condo. Also, the condo has everything you need, kitchen is well equiped, beach chairs, beach towels...great place to stay. My only regret is not staying longer. :)

My sister and I went on a girls weekend and this was a great escape for us! The condo was very clean and in a location that can’t be beat. Communication was always very timely with the owners. We hope to visit again next year!

We really enjoyed our stay on Captivia Beach. The condo was perfect for our needs and we really enjoyed the pool, watching the ospreys and other wildlife right in front of our unit, breakfasts out in the screened in porch, walks along the beach, shopping downtown and dinner + Happy Hours at Mucky Duck. Hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

Stayed with my teenage daughter. We really enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed and was very clean. I normally feel weird getting comfy in a vrbo, but it was so clean that it felt like home. The towels were very nice and the laundry is right under the unit, which was super convenient. The only suggestion would be to update the bedding. It has seen better days and the pillows were very lumpy. But other than that, it was wonderful. Proximity to the beach and pool was perfect.
There was construction going on at the property, but it really didn’t affect us. It was to be expected.
Will definitely book again.

Clean and comfortable condo that is close to everything. Coffee on the balcony in the early morning watching the wildlife and seeing the sunset at night. Loved being able to rent a golf cart at YOLO and have that ease all weekend to get around. Wonderful trip. Thank you.

Great Beach Place
We stayed here for a staycation. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We have no complaints. It was the perfect size for my husband, me, and our daughter. It is in a great location on the south end of South Seas Plantation. Shopping and restaurants are very walkable. While you do not have access the South Seas amenities, we never missed them. There were two nice pools available and the beach was beautiful. They even provide some beach chairs in the condo. Great sunset views!

the room was nice. the building is not really on the beach considering the long walk from the unit to the actual sand. you have to go through the dunes and tall grass which is loaded with critters. coming back from the beach between 7 pm and 8 pm after watching the sunset the gnats will bite the heck out of you i counted over 30 gnats bites on my wife and the shower is located rite by the dunes. do not shower there at these hours if you do not want to itch the rest of your vacation.

Summer Getaway!
The property is lovely and well appointed. The listing is accurate with no surprises. The only negative is one of the beach chairs was broken upon arrival, so we went ahead and rented beach chairs through an off-site rental company for our time there. I reported the broken chair, received a very quick response with an apology, but no replacement during our stay. I hope there was a replacement before the next guests because not being able to access the resort chairs is a negative. Overall, this is a great property.

Mini Getaway
My boyfriend and I stayed at this South Seas condo for a short 2 nights and loved our stay. The location is perfect, we particularly liked watching the Ospreys from the balcony, the beautiful view of the ocean for sunsets, and the quick walk to the beach! The condo was very comfortable and there are plenty of restaurants/bars/markets within walking distance. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

More Like Home!
The Kitchen, furniture, bathroom, several shades of greeen plus the wainscoting added to the "Home" feel of the condo, NOT another "beach" codo with wicker. Definately more "upscale", as promised. .Dream Vacations was very good to work with and fixed a battery for the door entry within hours! We would definately stay again!

Nice location & beautiful sunsets
Nicely decorated place and good location and beautiful sunsets. There is a problem with the refrigerator having an electric burning smell, however, and outlets where plugs won't stay plugged in, and ants in the bathroom. Otherwise, it was good.

View of the Gulf
The location of the property was wonderful and the condo was very nice. We enjoyed the screen porch so much. A couple of things need help in the condo: the ice dispenser needs to be unclogged, the king bed needs a king blanket, and the mattress needs to be replaced. Those things did not keep us from having a very comfortable stay. Just thought you would like that feedback.

Beautiful Captiva Experience
We had a fantastic time at this condo! It’s just a short walk to the beach, has beautiful views of the balcony of the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets were spectacular, and we even have the experience of feeling perfectly safe even though some pretty nasty weather brewed up one of the days we were there. We would definitely rent here again!

Absolutely beautiful condo. Just very disappointed in the huge rusted pipe along the beach and trucks working 24 hours a day. Also our beach access and beach in front of us was closed for 2 full days.

Beautiful beachside villa
Wonderfully clean and well appointed beachside villa in fabulous location, walking distance to some great restaurants. Very comfortable king sized bedroom that is completely dark at night for sleeping. Highly recommended and would stay again.
