Breakfast and location was really good. The owner Hassan and his son ,Caan were excellent and were always attentive to our needs to make sure we were happy. Also the ladies who clean the rooms and prepare the breakfasts were brilliant.

This is the perfect place to stay in beautiful Kalkan. The accommodation is less than 100 metres to the harbour, giving great access to boat trips, restaurants, shops and the town beach. It's a bonus that, after a hard day at the beach or beach club, there's no need to walk up heart attack hill or jump in a cab. A minute's walk and you're back in your room! We stayed in the top-floor apartment, which is comfortable, classy, spacious and well-equipped. The outlook is heavenly, with fabulous close-up views of the harbour, rooftop bars/restaurants and the sea. If you're a people-watcher, you can't go far wrong here. Breakfast isn't always included with the top-floor apartment, as you have your own kitchen and fridge-freezer. Luckily for us, breakfast was a part of the deal and it was superb, with a different speciality dish every day along with a wide range of traditional Turkish breakfast items. The service is exemplary. The owner (Shukran? - maybe mis-spelt, sorry!) is lovely and the staff are all really nice. It felt like we were friends rather than customers, and we don't really do the 'holiday friend' thing! We will be popping in to say hello on our next visit to Kalkan, even though we cannot stay in the Pansiyon because we're bringing the family. We will definitely return in 2021, as this was by far the best place we have stayed in Kalkan after numerous previous visits.
