The property was perfect for our needs. All the bedrooms were spacious and 2 of the 3 had balconies with tables / sun loungers. The air conditioning was really powerful (which we needed as it was 35 degrees Celsius one day). It was clean and the pool area was brilliant. Lovely views too. Location was brilliant - 20 mins walk into town, 5 mins from the supermarket.

Only slight minor point is that the outdoor area has very little shade, apart from one umbrella which is too heavy to move, so we rarely ate outside in the day time. The house sleeps up to 6 people but there isn’t really enough room for 6 people to be comfortably outside at once.

Location was good

The bed linen although clean was stained. The pillowcases in particular.

Main bedroom very large and comfortable. Great views from the lounge area of Kalkan Bay Area although the pictures on the website do not show new apartments have been built to impact the views. Room amenities were good and the pool area was good. The pool was not the largest and more of a cooling pool than a normal swimming pool. Solar powered water heating was very good with plenty of hot water. Main local contact Deniz was excellent and quick to act on any concerns we had. Maid was excellent once a week and very thorough

Getting to the property at night was not easy to find as the villa complex has 6 villas and there was nothing on the outside wall to identify that Dalia was part of this complex. The fact that no street lighting working also impacted to the finding the villa. A sign on the main gate for Dahila Villa would have helped find the villa. Water temperature when no sun or at night was an issue due to a defective boiler issue. You could not get 6 adults around the pool area although there was only 4 of us but needed to mention this issue.

The size of the rooms was excellent, great location (15-20 min walk into town) and really well equipped kitchen
