Notre condo récemment rénové, dispose de 2 suites parentales, chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complète. Et en tant que condo au 1er étage, vous pouvez passer votre temps à parcourir les sentiers à proximité plutôt que de monter et descendre plusieurs volées de marches au fur et à mesure que vous sortez du condo.

We had a great stay!! The location was perfect - we could walk to downtown Blowing Rock. The King bed was very comfortable. The house had everything we needed. We can’t wait to stay here again.

This is a wonderful place to stay. It is on the bottom floor and within walking distance from downtown. There is a nice place to eat breakfast just down the hill. We were allowed to bring our dogs and there is plenty of room for walking them outside. Everything was supplied and in very good condition. Beds were very comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. We will definitely be looking to stay here again! Thanks!!

Place was amazing. All that we needed and perfect location for downtown exploring and skiing at Appalachian. Wouldn’t think twice to stay there again. Host was amazing also!!!

Pharis did a great job on telling us how everything worked in the unit. The location is just a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants. We had a great time and have already booked our next stay in one of Pharis units.

Great condo! So convenient to the main drag you can walk everywhere! Right down the street is First Baptist Church which has a great pastor! The condo is very well equipped with all things you would need in the kitchen. Would certainly to stay here again and a a a matter of fact recommended to my aunt already!

The condo was just a perfect size for the two of us and our small dog. The location is wonderful - you can walk to everything downtown...even to the outlets. The complex is small, quiet, and well taken care of.
The owner contacted me before our trip and we had no trouble finding it and getting into the condo. Pharis even gave me some recommendations on restaurants in the area.
The area is beautiful, lots of good hiking trails, places to eat and shops to explore.
The condo was exactly as portrayed on the site. It was clean, adequately stocked , and very comfortable.
This was our first time in Blowing Rock and we enjoyed it immensely. A great place to stay and to visit!

Nice first floor, keypad entry, only thing storm door about locked ourselves out. When door closed it locked, someone was still in room that saved us. Nice having two en-suites. Kitchen had adequate cooking items for making meals. Nice having toilet tissue, soap,trash bags, dishwasher supplies. Nice having washer/dryer if needed. It would be nice to have toaster oven instead of toaster. King bed very comfortable with nice bedding. Tubs could be upgraded, the faucet in king bedroom about came out of the wall. Bathroom very small because sink is separate. Nice closet in second bedroom, bigger bathroom and nice linens. It says linens provided, in king bedroom we had 2 washcloths and two towels for two people for 2 nights. Second bedroom had two washcloths and two towels. Hand towels and kitchen linen provided. Nice wood floors. Found dirty dishes where people put them back in cupboards instead of washing, no fault to housekeeping. Offer all a nice clean place, just a few issues.

We enjoyed staying here with another couple for App State family weekend. The kitchen was well outfitted, the mattresses were comfortable, and the living area was well set up for a group of four. The location is great for exploring Blowing Rock, and only 10-15 minutes to App State.

Condo is very convenient with walking distance to restaurants in Blowing Rock, a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway and close to Boone to attend the App State football game. My son and I had a great weekend stay. Would definitely consider returning here for future visits. The condo is nicely furnished and comfortable.

Apartment was clean on arrival, and was in a great downtown Blowing Rock location (walking distance to Main Street). Owner is very attentive and helpful before and during our stay. We would stay there again!

A nice, clean and well appointed condo in an extraordinary location. We walked daily to the beautiful downtown Blowing Rock. Restaurants, shops, trails, Bass Lake, The Cone Mansion, the Art Museum and many other great spots all within easy reach. We’ll be back!

Pharis hosts a wonderful 2 BR/2 BA condominium in the heart of Blowing Rock. The condo has it all, is updated and very comfortable. We found the accommodations to be clean, thoughtfully furnished and very inviting. The condo is close to "downtown" and has easy access to the highway. We will defiinitely try to stay at Pharis' condo again.
