Super feines und preiswertes Nachtessen (ä la Carte) mit sehr freundlicher Bedienung.

Bei unserer Ankunft sagte man uns, wir hätten Glück, denn das Hotel schliesse um 14:00 und öffne um 17:00 Uhr wieder. Wir wurden im Voraus zwar nach unserer Ankunftszeit gefragt, jedoch wurden wir nicht auf die speziellen Öffnungszeiten hingewiesen. Wir hatten keine Möglichkeit uns nach der Radtour zu verpflegen. Im ganzen Ort Trauchgau und im benachbarten Halblech war kein offenes Restaurant zu finden. Schade für die vielen Radfahrer in der sehr schönen Gegend. Der Zugang zum Radkeller führt über eine steile Treppe ohne Radrinne. Im Radkeller gibt es zu wenige Steckdosen zum Laden der Akkus.

Great hotel to stay the night if you're travelling in Bavaria. Breakfast was nice. Personnel hardly speaking English, but it was not a big problem.

Very nice location close to Fussen and the castles (20 minutes by car). Super surroundings (countryside), very quiet, free parking, good breakfast

All was good

It was perfect! I can definitely recommend this place, especially huge thank you to the staff, they even allowed us to have a breakfast earlier than officially, so we could follow our trip plans right after according to our schedule. We will surely come back!

We had a very nice and comfy bed and a beautiful shower. The Landgasthof is so clean and has a great staff that goes above meeting your every need. The food in the restaurant was delicious, too. We had to depart early and, against our pleading, they came in early and before breakfast hours to feed us and make sure we were not hungry on the road. We just cannot say enough nice things. Thomas runs a terrific Inn. Wunderbar!

It’s a surprise when we get the room, it has a balcony face to the road and mountains, we can’t like it more! Only one staff can speak good English, but everyone is nice and kind. Breakfast is simple, but well arranged, you have the table set according to the room. Again we really happy to stay here, and feel lucky that didn’t stay in Fussen town

very clean. Everything was very tidy and welcoming and the room was very nice especially for the price.

Both owners were incredibly helpful, given that I had a work-related travel delay and arrived one hour after their Check-in would usually close. They provided an excellent and delicious breakfast, and were incredibly friendly throughout my stay. The rooms are newly renovated which also makes the stay all the more comfortable. I recommend very highly - and hope to be back again soon!

I only got to stay for one night!

Close to the 2 castles, which is nice if you want to stay outside of Fussen. Castle park property maybe 15 minutes or so away. Car parking at the property is a huge plus. Nice countryside to take in with rolling hills and open green fields surrounding the hotel. Great other beer garden/restaurant available to stop at on the way to/from the castles off the main road the hotel sits on. Just be aware of flies buzzing around while you eat etc.

No AC or fans in the room. The room we stayed in baked during the day while you’re out, which if you left windows open flies and mosquitos for the remainder of your night was a huge problem when attempting to sleep. Predominantly non-English speaking staff, which can be challenging after a long day at the castles to attempt to simply unwind etc.

The room was very nice and big enough for three of us. We have spent here one night. Breakfast was great and also we had dinner at the restaurant. Dishes are large and tasty 😋
