I came here for a weekend with my family. The house is super cute, clean, spacious and has all the facilities you need. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, walk distance to the main districts French quarter and garden district.

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. I’m very light weight but despite that it was quite hard to sleep there.

such a cute shotgun cottage. Historical and well kept. Very condensed, perfect for 2 low maintenance people. Love the outside sitting area.

Shower curtain had water stains and would have preferred a white cotton shower rug. The house has Old New Orleans furniture to match the house styling...hence an old house smell. I would "freshen" the smell with natural and/or organic materials, i.e., not sure what works but possibly fresh lemons on tables or potpourri. Also, my husband noted the white paint on the interior door and the yellow exterior door were smudged.

The location was phenomenal! Quiet and near downtown with everything you need to feel at home during your stay😍😍😍. Thank you Victor!😍😍🙌👏👏

Easy access to all the NOLA haunts and house was well stocked and clean. Parking can be an issue sometimes if several guests are staying nearby- but otherwise a treat

Aforementioned parking issue and the clothes dryer takes WAY longer than I am accustomed to compared to my home dryer... but that not picking...
