Nothing this hotel in infective with bed bugs and my whole group caught covid. Then at check out the lady said to call back with our results they should closed down

We were in town for a cruise and decided to stay one more night in NOLA after returning. AC Hotel were very accommodating for an early check-in. The staff was very helpful upon arrival and gave helpful information on laundry services that were available free of charge. The location was great for tourists and direct access to Canal and Bourbon St. We will definitely return to this location when in town again. Thanks for a great experience!

I don’t like the expensive valet parking costs and self parking is always too far.

The staff was friendly.

The rooms were very small and not a great view at all. Our view was an old building, there was only on window. It just did not meet my expectations at all.

The only thing I didn't like is that when it was time to reheat some food, we had to go all the way down to the lobby

Marquita is the best! She helped us a lot with our baggage and bill problems. The breakfast was varied and included cereals and fruits. Very friendly staff during breakfast time (we had it around 6:30am).
