C'est une propriété unique avec 700 pieds de rive du lac sur le magnifique lac Big Stone. La propriété de 22 acres dispose d'une maison de 4000 pieds carrés pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes. Cette propriété dispose également d'un parcours de golf privé de 10 trous avec accès exclusif pour votre groupe.
La propriété est située sur le côté SD du lac Big Stone. Big Stone Lake est de 26 miles de long et est la frontière entre SD et MN. Le lac est bien connu pour sa pêche à la perche et au doré et ses 20 autres espèces de poissons. La propriété a un accès privé de bateau en béton pour vous et votre groupe à facilement mais vos bateaux dans le lac sans courir à un accès public. Vous pouvez également pêcher le long des 700 pieds du rivage ou du quai. La maison est chauffée pour l'année, alors n'oubliez pas de réserver un voyage de pêche sur glace.

The most well stocked home we have stayed it. They have everything that you need here. I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews but they have fixed the deck boards and bought new living room furniture. We had 10 adults and 1 child and the house was plenty big for all of us. We would stay here again.

Very large beautiful home, 3 car garage very handy to put toys overnight. Large well equipped kitchen with large dining table. Air conditioning worked good, bedrooms was bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Lake views were amazing both from inside thru huge windows and from wrap around porch. Kids enjoyed using the kayaks and swimming in lake and had a nice dock there for your boat.
A good home and would rate it a strong 4 stars.

This is a beautiful home on Big Stone Lake. It is very roomy and up to date. The deck could use some updating but it didn’t stop us from any activity we wanted to do. We had planned for 8 adults and 7 children age 5 or less. There was plenty of room. The boat ramp by the home was very convenient. The owner was very responsive if we had questions. We had a great time. We would stay again.

We had a great time over Labor Day weekend with our kids and grandkids. Since we stayed there last year, we were thrilled to see the brand new gas grill (thank you!) that we enjoyed using daily, and also the beautiful new double ovens (WOW!) in the kitchen. There is nothing this house lacks, they have thought of everything. The kitchen is well-stocked, there is an extra fridge in the garage if needed and a huge laundry room is available for use as well. The only thing we noticed that would be nice to have, is a working ice maker in the fridge in the kitchen. We noticed it last year too. We just went out and bought a large bag of ice, but ice in the door, ready to go would have been awesome! Thanks for a wonderful place to stay with lots of room for everyone. Beautiful lake view on 3 sides of the property. Loved the small beach area and private boat launch and dock! Plenty of room for everyone and great gathering spaces! Spent a majority of our time on the wrap around deck.

We all enjoyed our stay on Big Stone Lake. The house is very spacious with plenty of room outdoors so even with 14 of us, we never felt crowded. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed right there. We enjoyed fishing off of the dock, playing lawn games, a bonfire, challenging each other to foosball games and just enjoying the view of the lake from the huge deck. When we wanted a swim day, we just drove the 10 minutes to Hartford Beach State Park. When we needed ice, firewood and bait, Schmidt's Landing was just a mile down the road. The home could use a little updating and love and it would have been nice if the hot tub was functional but we had a great weekend and the homeowner was very easy to work with. We would recommend this property for anyone looking for a nice, quiet stay on the lake!

The house was located in a very nice area, and stocked with everything a person could expect from a Vrbo. The house was also clean and comfortable. I could tell at one time this house would have been a very luxurious house, and it still has lots of nice finishes. It needs a little updating with the furniture and carpet. There were a few little things that just need repaired or updated, but overall, it is a very nice property and a great place for a large group to stay. There were a couple of roll out beds that were also available, which was a nice touch. The double ovens were fantastic since we were cooking for a large group. The view of the lake from the house and the wrap around deck were fantastic. Lots of bluegill, crappie, and perch can be caught in the lake and even right off the pier of this property. The owners of Schmidts Landing were very helpful and rent pontoon boats for an affordable price. Overall, I recommend the property and would stay there again.

We had a great family vacation. The house had plenty of room for the grandchildren to run and play. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The living room furniture was in poor shape and the deck is in need of repair. Otherwise we were very happy with our stay. We do wish there was more beach area, it was very small and the boat ramp was very steep. We only used it once, then went to another boat ramp that was much easier to use.

Beautiful brick home fairly close to the water. Water was very clear for most of our time there so we could see fish off the dock and little kids could go in the water. Kitchen was well prepared, extra refrigerator in the garage was very handy. Livingroom sofa could use an upgrade, kids found some books and puzzles they enjoyed. Had a boat lined up to rent from Schmidt's Landing but it rained that day, otherwise weather was great and hardly any bugs, even late in the evening. Would consider staying again.

Great location and layout of house was awesome. Very private, large garage and driveway for vehicles. The most well equipped kitchen we have had of any rental—everything is there! Great house for our family getaway—9 adults and 3 young children. The only negatives are the need for maintenance and upkeep. Bad deck boards and nails popping in spots, fire pit needs to be replaced, outside windows need really good cleaning, etc. was difficult to get a hot shower for very long.

Property does need alot of TLC. Outside deck does have multiple weak spots. Grill is in rough shape. We had to put the wheels back on to level it out .Grate very dirty and no propane in the tank. We did call and they did bring us another one.
House has four televisions but only the living room worked. No instructions for usage was provided.

This house was clean, very spacious & a FUN place to be. The entire site was very safe, peaceful & calming even with All the grands-plenty of space to spread out! The rocks on the banks provided a natural (kids) barrier from the lake -which also had a very shallow slope! & was a fine place to fish off of. The little beach served well for the kids also. The deck was much enjoyed & the little chipmunks were cute. We were also Blessed to watch a family of robins grow & fly in a nest in a tree just off the deck! The driveway was perfect for little cousins to ride bikes & use chalk & they all lined up on kitchen counter stools for each meal- That was priceless! We had 1 issue- the house alarm went off numerous times1day. After our attempts to reset didn't work, after 11pm , their worker came out AGAIN & stayed till he had it ALL figured out. That was a lot of tech manual reading & understanding on his part. He was very considerate, professional & apologetic. Again we had a wonderful family vacation in this peaceful & lovely location! ( & the locals are so nice!)

This property was perfect for our family, we had 8 adults and 5 kids. Age range from 10 months to late 70’s and this was great for all ages. Plenty of room inside of weather is not ideal, large kitchen and open living room for socializing. Was nice to be able to park a couple vehicles in the garage and even better to have our own personal boat ramp and dock. We caught a lot of small fish off the dock, which the kids loved (the owners of the Schmidt’s Landing were very helpful in informing us of best fishing techniques for the lake). Lastly, there is a large yard where we were able to play a game of kickball with the whole family without having to worry about traffic or being close to the water. All in all, this was perfect for the whole family, we will be back next year!!

Used this property to get our family under one roof for the holidays. 11 grandkids under 12 years old and this worked great! Plenty of room in the house with things to do on the property and surrounding area to keep everyone happy and busy. Any issue that we had were quickly addressed by Adam or Jenny. We will be back.
