It was clean. the pool was nice and clean. Large room.

I liked the close proximity of the motel to our concert. Walking distance.

I didn't like the additional $18 property service charge on top of the $10.17 tax charge.

The room was very nice and clean. Beds were comfy and the staff was great.

We did not have any hot water for showers and the pool area was very outdated and dirty. It also only had a few chairs in the entire pool area.

The location was perfect for going to a hockey game.

We booked a double room. When checking in they gave is a queen room when we went back to tell them they kept saying we don't have double rooms even though they said right in front of me this is the room she says she booked but her booking says this. I showed them my booking and they finally put me in a double room but not the one we booked. They made me put a deposit down for everyday we stayed there and then gave us 15 back but the deposit was for 40 we did not make a mess or trash there room so why they kept the deposit is beyond me. The only thing i can think of is because they had to put us in a double room. I will never stay here again. P.s. the toilet had to be flushed two-three times before it would go down and we had to try the room keys 4-8times before it would let us in the room.

The staff was not healpful when I decided to stay only 2 days instead of 3. They stated since I booked with a booking web cite they could not change the amount of days I was staying. I notified them the day of checking in that I was only staying 2 days. At that time they said that would be no problem if I notified the the next day that I was only going to stay 2 days, but when I went to the desk to notify them of my intentions of only staying 2 days. They informed me they could not help me with that because I booked the room with booking .com. I will never book with a booking web site ever again the motel acted like I was a foreigner. They would not help me at all and when I asked them for a reciept for my stay they said that they could not print me a reciept for my stay because again I had booked with a booking site. I will never book with a booking site again. I will make it a point to book directly with the motel I want to stay at.
