La ubicación, el espacio y la relación calidad precio. Además, aunque no tiene recepción, las instrucciones de recogida y entrega de llaves funcionan bien.
La temperatura disminuía muchísimo durante las noches. Necesitan colocar más cobijas.

Owner allowed me to leave my bags there after checkout for a few hours while I walked around the city centre.
It's hard to say anything was bad at this price. But in the interest of providing information only, here are a few points:
It's mostly basic accommodation.
Unsecure/loose sink with no hot water. Low water pressure. Poor sound insulation. Lots of traffic noise (in the day only). No real problems. booking.com showed the location correctly, but when opening from the app in Google maps, the location was shown around the corner, so it was a little difficult to find. But I contacted the owner and she kindly came to find me. Not allowed to flush toilet paper down the toilet. Hot in the room, but fan provided.
Having written all of this in the "didn't like" section, I would like to reiterate that my stay was perfectly comfortable and I would return here. I feel that I got more than I paid for.

If you are going to stay in morelia and you are considering this place and comparing with other property, there is no reason to contemplate. Here is the best accommodation for my one month in mexico. Everything is so perfect.

Bit of road noise but was quiet when you needed it to be.. Signage not good.

This is a well thought out guest house. The room was spacious with a refrigerator, microwave and dining table. Beds were comfortable. They offer coffee, tea and hot chocolate all day, as well as purified water. The shower had soap and shampoo, and hot water, but you need to wait a few minutes for it. Walkable to the cathedral or Super Soriana. Good internet. The proprietors messaged me in Booking.com to arrange check in.
Hot water took a few minutes to get hot. We did see ladies of the evening,, but if I had not read about them, I might not have noticed.

The owner, apartment and distance to the city centre was walking distance. Great vegetarian restaurants nearby. Was really surprised that they had cutlery, plates and mugs and a good sized room with table and chairs. WiFi was great too.
The fact that the location was a bit dodgy at night. Sex workers hanging around literally on the corner of the apartment building. I was given a room which had a window but towards the inside of the building. No noise though.
