simple, nice room right in the centre of Parikia. Great when you need to catch an early ferry or just when you’re having a late night out.

The walls are thin and you can hear everything that happens in the hallway. The owner did a late checkin of other guests after midnight in the hallway, which wasn’t ideal.

The location was great only 3 minutes from the port. Demetrius our host had upgraded us to a 3 bed room. The room had a full length balcony. Shower pressure excellent. Plenty of room. Lots of things in the room were new like the fridge and hairdryer. Would stay here again. Comfy bed. Host really friendly and helpful. Air con was good.

Very close to the port, if you have to take the ferry in the morning. We had a very early check-in in the morning.

Room n.3 is very noisy, we had the boiler just on the roof of our room so any time someone open the water for ANY reason, you will hear it. There was an electricity cable exposed outside our window, in addition there was some water leacking from the window near this electricity cable and if you have the window open, this water will fall on your bed. The owner knows exactly everything but of course nothing is done to fix all these problems. Some extra notes for the bathroom: basically there is only hot water, and some parts should be changed because really old and ruined. This is the only place in Cyclades where they didn't gave us a bottle of water. For the same price you can get much much better.

The service was incredible. All staff who worked at Passos Rooms tried their best to make my stay enjoyable and to ensure that I was comfortable the whole time that I stayed with them. The rooms were clean and Kurio Demetri was a great host, very friendly and accomodating.

Great location, nice family run place. Had some issues with the hot water which was fixed for a bit and then wasn't working again. It was just a short stay so I dealt with it. The room itself was fine for what I needed and the customer service was excellent. I let them know when my boat was arriving and they even prepared the room so I could have early check in. Didn't hear noise through the rooms and the AC worked very well.

Would be nice if the shower holder worked so I didn't have to hand hold. Beds were very hard and fairly uncomfortable, especially for side sleeping. Inexpensive toppers would easily fix the issue.

The double room was very small and with hard beds. The cleaning was bad. Dog barking in the evenings (not all night though) The other room was more spacious.

Our stay in Passos Rooms could not have been better. The room was very spacious, luminous, and had exceptional build quality. Both the rooms and the bathroom were very clean and the beds were comfortable. The room also included a fridge, air conditioning, and a Wi-Fi connection. The owner was always helpful and provided us with the best advice on places to see. On the first day, we had an issue with the shower which the owner solved only 5 minutes after we notified him. Overall, we believe this room is an outstanding option if you visit Paros at a very competitive price and with excellent management behind it.

Good location, very good value

Best value for money ever! The room is the perfect place to stay if you’re getting a ferry, just a small walk. But it’s also in a totally quiet area so we got a great nights sleep. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern. Very great value for money and perfect for us after we dropped our car rental off and needed to stay somewhere for a ferry the next morning! The host was very friendly, and he spoke perfect English, we would stay again.

Dimitri was very kind and helpful. He has helped us to make our stay comfortable and easy, even if it was only for one night. The rooms are large, superclean and spacious. We slept beautifully.

As many other places we have missed an elevator, but the place is great even without it.
