What else can I say? Mike has been excellent and his house is great and well stocked with everything you need. It is always clean and he is always available if needed and just easy to work with. We will be back again next year and if you are on the fence I suggest you book as you won't be disappointed

Kitchen was stocked with items for preparation of meals. Steps to beach, centrally located to beach hop. We are 62 to 75 its one level ground floor.
The salt water pool was great. I can’t say enough positive things about this place

Great location. Just as described. It had everything we needed and more. Mike was great to work with. The water heater went out and he had it fixed in a day on the weekend with a plan B. Fantastic! Would stay here again!

The property was just as covered on the site. Three good sized bedrooms with plenty of room for 4 adults. Great view from the living room window and the porch. Easy access to the beach and close to restaurants in Hyannis. Everything was clean and well organized. We didn't use the kitchen for cooking, but it looked like it had what you'd need. For my fellow coffee drinkers, there is both a Keurig and a small drip coffee maker. Definitely a great place to stay on a visit to the cape.

The condo was perfectly situated close to a beautiful beach and very close to most everything! Instead of 5 ladies we had 3 and the size was perfect for us, more might have been a little crowded. The only thing lacking as it had plenty of beds and towels was basic toiletries in the bath, especially like soap in the baths. Oh also—-hot pads in the kitchen! We love staying there and enjoyed the lovely front porch in the evening!

Could be more happy with our stay at this property. Mike is a great host that made sure our stay was as he advertised. Also, this was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed in. The location was perfect and we are so happy we found this place. We highly recommend this condo.

The condo was clean, well-stocked and had a very beachy vibe. Just a few steps to the beach made spending time in the water or walking on the shore especially easy to do with kids. Close enough to walk to town, or just a 2 minute ride to Main Street. Looking forward to next summer already!

My husband and I staid here with our two boys. It was great for a family with plenty of space and very clean. Being right next to the beach and close to Main Street and attractions with a very short walk was great. I only wish there was laundry :). Otherwise it was perfect.

The property is in a great location and is just steps from the beach. The host is very attentive to your needs. The property is well furnished and has everything you would need. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The house was in great shape, and well kept, and everyone had a great time. There were a few ants here and there, probably 10 over the course of the week, and there was at least one ant bait out so they were clearly trying to fight them. Other than that, our only other complaint was that previous renters had ruined both of the non-stick pans.

Great property close to beach and town.

This was the first Vrbo property I had ever rented for my annual Cape Cod vacation. Because we included our adult daughter and two grandchildren in this particular trip, a hotel just wouldn't do. So we researched several homes and came across what was for us, the perfect house to rent. A described, it was approximately a sixty second walk to the beach from the front door.
Mike and Mary, the owners, have invested considerable thought and care into providing every necessity and creature comfort that certainly our family required. The house was plenty spacious, immaculate clean and so beautifully appointed to echo the feel of the Cape.
From the outset, any communication with the owners was met with a timely and thorough response. I have been visiting Cape Cod annually since 2000, and this has far and away been the most pleasurable and practical accommodations I have ever experienced. It was quite literally felt like being at home. Our family is privileged to have stayed in this lovely Sea Street property and I sincerely hope Mike and Mary would host us yet again.

Checkin process was very smooth and Mike was extremely responsive to questions. Property was clean. Lots of beach equipment. Couple of things to note - the kitchen was not very well equipped (not enough pots and pans) and there is no laundry - though this is noted in the listing.

We thoroughly enjoyed Mike's place. The condo was very clean, and amenities matched the description. The ocean view was breathtaking andwe spent some quality time both on the beach and in the pool. Will definitely consider coming back in the future.

Our plan for the day was to go to key’s memorial beach for the day before check in. We arrived around 10 and check in was not until 3. Unfortunately at that time the beach was closed for the morning and mid afternoon. I called Mike to see if it was ok to use the pool and he said it was absolutely fine to use as soon as the pool opened. He called back a few minutes later and said he checked with the cleaners and we could do an earlier check in and he also provided a beach pass if we wanted to use another beach. The house was very clean and absolutely adorable. Mike was very friendly and accommodating and the home was on a great location. We will definitely be back!

We stayed as part of a family vacation. The entire family was astounded with the amenities with the property including the beach pass, beach chairs, pool access and toys. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful escape
Excellent location. Cottage was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Owner attentive to guests and cottage stocked with just about anything you would need for your stay.

Perfect Location
This property was very well kept and in an incredible location. Nothing like having a cup of coffee in the morning looking at the ocean. The beds were all very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing I wished we would have had is instructions for the TV. We struggled figuring it out and every time we tried to use an app it kicked us off entirely. We didn't watch much TV so it wasn't a big issue. Overall, I would recommend this place to any friends or family traveling to Cape Cod.

Nice place
Everything was very nice. Location is great for access to beach, marina and small shops! Cottage was very clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. Directions on how to use TV remotes would have been great. If they were there, I couldn’t find them.

Excellent value and Location Literally a few steps away from Keyes Beach and Hyannis Harbor Very comfortable beds and couch The only thing I would suggest to add is a compact washer/dryer but where would you put it?

Fabulous beach house
Great location... Beautiful house with fun decor. The house is exactly as advertised. The beach is a stone's throw away from the house. We walked to the harbor area for lunches and dinners. It was a really comfortable place. Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Mike, the owner who gave very good directions and info.

This is the Perfect spot!
Beautifully clean and spacious. We rented this house for a girls trip and had a wonderful time. Great view of the ocean and only a short walk to the beach. We will be returning for our biannual trip from now on. So very impressed!! Loved every minute!!!

Perfect family getaway next to the beach
Everything about the condo was perfect for our family including the much appreciated air conditioning in the bedrooms. It was magical to see the ocean from our porch and to start our day in full Cape mode. Everything is clean, comfy and thoughtful from the water bottles, all the games, cornhole, everything from toys and chairs for the ocean, books and magazines to read, etc. We loved every minute and can't wait to go back!

Exceptional on all accounts!
I can't say enough about this wonderful home. This was our second time staying here and we cant wait to return next summer. The house is immaculate and supplied with everything you need for vacation including beach chairs, fully stocked kitchen items, board games, grill & bottled water. The location is perfect; steps from the beach with an ocean view from the front porch and just a short walk or drive to town. We spent most of our time on the beach and the front porch. We also enjoyed shopping and dinner in Hyannis. Mike is a wonderful host & his communication was excellent. He is warm & friendly and truly wants his quests to enjoy their stay. Thank you Mike for opening your home to us!
